McDonald’s

They served me hard old nasty nuggets which just went straight to trash. I gave them second chance. Sadly, it’s still the same. I even brought nuggets from BK and compare. BK has better nuggets.

I order at the drive thur. The girl taking my order and at the pay window, was nice and quick. The lady at the second window handed me my food but said oh the car before wanted a happy meal, so I gave them yours. I was shocked. She said pull to the front and I’ll bring you the order. 15 mins later I had to go in to get my order. To find out the girl at the window never told them to replace the meal she gave away. So finally I got the rest of my order after the dumbest of the lady at the second window.

Drive thru workers here are retarded especially the one girl in blue all the time. Everytime I come here they get the order wrong or the size of the combo wrong then when you ask them to fix it they have a attitude. Can’t even get a simple order correct that’s why you work at McDonald’s

Elizabeth helped us in the drive thru. She was so patient with my Mom who can make a simple order chaotic. She was very sweet. Great customer service! The staff was on point we got our food so fast.

I don’t generally expect much from McDonald’s cuz it’s McDonald’s. But I especially don’t expect to get ripped off by a McDonald’s.
This particular McDonald’s is more expensive than every other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Except for the ones in Vegas. My boyfriend likes the chocolate chip cookies from McDonald’s. We’ve been to about 4 different restaurants to get the cookie tote and the price has been the same $ 3.99+ tax which comes out to $ 4.35 total.
When we came to this McDonald’s to get the cookie tote we had our $ 4.35 ready to go so we didn’t have to wait for change (and I was trying to use up some of the pennies that weigh my purse down). When we pulled up to the window the associate said our total was $ 4.77. We were both shocked and had to rearrange.
I handed the money over and my bf asked if the price went up since it’s usually $ 4.35. The associate said that the tote is $ 4.34+tax.
When we commented that every other McDonald’s is a different price he even said that he’s heard from other customers that their prices are higher than every where else and he’s sorry but didn’t know what tell us.

Should have read the reviews first. I was hungry so I had no choice but thought to swing by for a quick drive thru order. Female taking the order was not friendly, didn’t sound like she liked her job. Both meat patty in the Big Macs were cold, cold, cold! Didn’t taste freshly made. My only favorite McDonalds are still the one at Puente Hills Mall and Rowland Heights. The one on Azusa in West Covina isn’t bad either.

Fries are always undercooked and not fresh. Burgers taste fine but the fries are definitely a big part of the meal too and they stink.

Just stopped by @10pm got some old nasty fries didnt taste fresh at all, thanks for the stomachache. Ussually a good place though, durring the day.

This has got to be the worst Mc Donald’s ever. Everytime I come here something goes wrong. How convenient that you card machines never work. Yesterday I went through the drive thru to order breakfast, I get to the window and I’m told by the cashier that the card machine just went down. Uh huh. She didn’t apologize, didn’t empathize, just asked me if I had cash. Um nope reason why I gave you my card is because I don’t carry cash. This was the last time I will come to this place. Just horrible.

I been giving this Mc Donalds too many chances (is actually just down the street from me and I’m lazy to drive to the other Mc donalds) but anyways this Mc Donalds always messes up my order on drive thru all the time never fails but last night I had enough I order my food and they almost forgot my pie good thing my mom check before I drove off and I order a happy meal and they didnt even put a freaken toy ugh!!! And also forgot my drink and I didn’t even noticed until I drove off I was already mad and it was late at night and drive thru was too packed to even asked for my drink, service at night sucks!!!

Ever since they’ve remodeled this location service has been so much better and the location is very clean. And their service is very Quick. I really like that they operate a dual drive thru order system too. On the whole I’m very satisfied with this location. :)

Why don’t you sell WRAPS –late night. And why do you only take CASH most of the time I come here. It’s 2015. I don’t use cash. B U L L S H I T.

First of all I thought to myself
Maybe I’ll get fresh nuggets or fries…
Nuggets were really hard!
And fries were not bad
The big negative was my Big Mac
The bum was burned!
Won’t come back anytime soon

horribly slow service and cant get anything right on the cashier. its the day after Halloween and they are playing Christmas songs… yuk! xmas songs make me sick.

Usually this is the better of the 3 mcdonalds in baldwin park but I was very disappointed that I was not able to use my mobile wallet or isis at this location. The associate did not know what it was or how to use it. I know some of the technology is new but money is money and everyone should be trained on this.

The employee told me he got chewed out by the store manager for selling toys separate. he said the manager doesn’t wanna sell them alone at this location, I drove far to ger my. last 2 toys and I was obligated to buy a happy meal… I don’t know if they’re allowed to do this if there’s a button to choose «toy no food» this is the first in 8 mcdonalds that has ever denied to sell the 1.60 toys… shish

Extremely bad! Avoid coming to this mc Donald’s! They have 2 lanes to take orders and lines are always long and on top of that they take forever! Staff is non friendly! 10 minutes waiting in line and another 10 minutes to get my food. Ridiculous!

I knew this place was a bust. Why the f**k did they charge me $ 2.09 for a medium coffee!!! When I usually get it for $ 1.59 at the other McDonalds nearby! Total flippin joke! They also made me wait like 10 minutes for a coffee when I was actually in a rush! All you gotta do is pour the coffee into the cup. The coffee was there, I know it wasn’t because they had to make a fresh new cup. Why it took 10 minutes? I will probably never know, but they just lost a loyal customer at that location.
The second star came from the ambiance. I’ll give them that. It is a very nice looking McDonalds since they remodeled it to make it look all chíc or whatever. But, I should probably subtract that star because they also didn’t offer me an apple pie with my coffee, which is what every McDonalds has ever asked me when I order a coffee. I like apple pie!

This is my go-​to Mickey D’s! I love the fast and friendly service I receive each time I visit this location! Keep up the good work!

Have been going here since I was 5, has never been as bad as it is now. I don’t know why the drastic change to crappy service and cold food. Used to always give me fresh fries and fresh mcchickens. But havent got my order right in idk how long. Old chicken, old fries, and a retard handing out the order that has no idea what the order even is. So how would he know if the order was right? I will give you guys one more chance and if I get shitty food again. Then yup, guess no more mcdees for me.
