The food was good but the customer service was horrid. The girl (Jennifer) who «helped» us out was inattentive and flat out rude. She needs a lesson in customer service.

Never go through the drive thru here. Every single time I’ve been here at the drive thru my order is either missing an item, wrong item given, or long wait. Today was all of thee above. Long wait in drive thru, I was asked to park when I got to the window, I waited 7 minutes until I finally went inside to see what was the hold up, finally got my food, checked my order to find they had given me white rice instead of fried rice when it clearly stated on the receipt fried rice, also missing forks, napkins and fortune cookies. If u come here make sure u get down and watch these imbeciles make your orders correctly.

Went thru drive thru for the first time quick service but when I got home I noticed the serving size on the honey walnut shrimp to be very little with lots of white rice. Overall tastes was good

First time coming here on my lunch and I can honestly say I LOVE IT here! The people are in a up beat mood and super nice. I was waiting for sesame chicken and I was fine with waiting but the nice lady gave a cup for a drink just because I waited. I will be coming here when I get hungry for Chinese food! Good job Panda! Keep up the great customer service :)

YIKES awful customer service!
I order food from the drive-​thru, 2 combos and a bowl.
After arriving home I come to find out that the food was not what I ordered! Not one but BOTH COMBOS! I call the store and explain to them the situation and explain my disappointment.
The «manager» said that there NOTHING they can do! I ask for the owners name and states, Andrew is the owner but he is really busy and can’t help you.
I will be calling be calling the corporate office first thing Monday morning.
I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to dine at a place as unprofessional as this place! DO NOT!

Worst service ever. Every time I think it’s going to be different the next time I go to this location, they prove me wrong. This place is the worse, most unprofessional location. I’ve never had a good experience. They need to hire a brand new staff that is better trained. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. You will be disappointed EVERY time. Trust me.

The food is bland have no taste what so ever. The fried rice tasted like white rice undercooked the chow mien was slimmy with no taste. I was very hungry now iam disappointed and mad … This is not panda … Friendly staff but too loud with one another I understand they have no customers to attend but we (customers) were sitting down eating and then having a full on conversation laughing loudly and telling stories … Messing around with the drive thru ear set idk… THUMBS DOWN

This was my first time here and more then likely my last. The food was good… But when the cashier handed me my change I didn’t double check it. So when I got home is when I finally realized that I was short on my change. I called the restaurant and talked to a lady by the name of choi or chow and was going to look into it and would call me after they verified the cash. She never called back I had to call her the next day and get an update on. A day later I went back to the restaurant and management states they looked at security tapes and shows the cashier did give me the correct change so I asked to see the so called recordings so I could see what they saw and was denied they said I would need to file a police report then tells me I should be expecting a call from the District manager. So I finally get a call from the so called District manager and had to explain my situation again for like the 4^th time. After explaining he offered me 2 $ 20 gift cards for the inconvenience asked me for my info to mail the gift cards to me and said I should be receiving them with in 7 to 10 days and it’s know been about 3 to 4 months and still haven’t received anything. And has made me feel like if they just don’t want my business and don’t care about their customers. I won’t be going back.

I havent been to this Panda Express in a long time… I should have continued to stay away. Not only were they not able to get our order done in a timely manner (would make 1 plate then another guests plate was made) they said they were waiting for the teriyaki chicken to be made. After 10 min, we asked what the hold up was and she checked the plate and the chicken was in the container the whole time.
I dont know if they changed who they buy there orange chicken from or if it was just old but the orange chicken was hard and the breading was really thick. In fact it was more breading than chicken. After getting home, we realized that the containers they filled ‘half way’ with teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour sauce were not added to the bag.
Not the way i wanted to end my Mothers day! Maybe it was an off day but never going again.

First of all the serve half of the plate only and then forget my teriyaki sauce! I asked for a side and it was only half full! I mean for the price you pay you would think they would at least serve you right!

Whoever owns this and I really hope it’s a franchise should be should be fired or hand it over back to the corporation … The food was without a doubt lowsy cold and the portions are next to nothing I found only three… Count em three walnut shrimp inside a box … Meaning it was half full. Only three pieces of orange chicken in a plate with two entrees ! This will be the last time I ever go. I will also contact the corporation to let them know that considering a long time fan I’ve been of their meals and food they have lost a customer.

The Staff Members Are So Nice. Always Attentive To Your Needs. They Are Very Clean And The Food Is Always Kept Warm. Food Is Served Warm And Fresh. They Take Your Order Fast And Always Hook You Up With A Big Plate. My Husband And I Love Coming Here. By Far The Best Panda Express!

I love their Orange Chicken with Chow Mein and their delicious Honey Walnut Shrimp.
I love this place very nice and clean plus the food is always fresh.

This place is horrible. They always run out of food and the drive thru is a inconvenience instead of a convenience. I’ve been here 3 times and it’s the same story here. Never again…

Panda always hits the spot for me… The people were pretty friendly… Food was super hot, must have just been made because the people were still cooking in the back…
My favorite is always the orange chicken. Something about it being sweet but packing the spicy kick makes me want more and more!

I’m not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from, maybe cause it’s the New year and they decided to change it up or maybe it was just my lucky day. The girl who took my order was really nice, I wanted a two plate with veggie egg rolls and honey walnut shrimp, I saw that they only had a little bit of the old ones so I asked her if there was any new ones and she said yes did you want to wait and I said sure, she gave me a free drink for waiting and when I got my food it was definitely good amount and not skimpy unlike the Panda Express I went to in South Gate. I am very pleased with my lunch :)

They suck… I wanted just a side of chow mein and they couldn’t get that right. The girl with glasses gives attitude and acts like she’s superior.
The worse thing… There were only 2 customers there… and I was 1 of them.

When I want a healthy and quick meal, I head to panda. I get the angus steak or beef and broccoli and mixed veggies. Karen o. the young lady that helped me at the drive thru was really kind. She apologized for not having an item prepared (which doesn’t brother me, I work as a service advisor at Longo Toyota, the largest Toyota dealership and I know what busy looks like, so it has made me very understanding) but it’s alright because that means my food is made fresh. I’ll be back when I want something healthy.

Either Panda Express has seriously dropped its standards or this location is just not up to par.
The staff are nice and friendly. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk truth:
1) The hot and sour soup, one of the stars of the cold seasons, is not only extremely bland, but it’s a different level of bland each time I try it. 3 years ago, this soup was hot (spicy) and it was sour. Now I just feel like I’m drinking leftover porridge water.
2) What is up with these continuous price increases, Panda Express? Every time a new dish comes out, don’t expect it to be regular price. Last year, the angus steak and shrimp were $ 1 additional each. This year, the new fish dish and the steak and shrimp are each $ 1.25. Come on, please figure out a reasonable price plan. If I’m paying $ 12+ for a meal, why would I choose fast food when I can pay the same amount at a casual restaurant?

Went inside and it was chaotic, unorganized and the staff were rude. I just hope the food is at least good –_–
parking: shared private lot. you have to drive into the parking lot shared with walmart. There is also a drive thru.
service: unorganized, chaotic, and impersonal. we had three different people serve as that asked us the same questions almost five times. two of which had headsets on and weren’t even paying attention to us.
food: meh. i’ve had better panda express.
I’d come here if i was reallly craving panda express but i’d rather go else whereeee.
