My came back with my friend because we had to return the item but they did give us store credit. My friend used it to buy some shirts and shorts that were on sale. He liked the items he got and said the prices were good. So for that reason I’m giving four stars.

0 stars. I feel as if they make you wait extra long just for the heck of it. there are a bunch of idle workers just folding clothes that are already folded. then the price tags are mostly incorrect too, especially the ones on sale.

VERY BAD STORE WITH DUMB EMPLOYEES. The worst customer service ever. Particularly dumb is Sandy. Poor thing. How will she ever make it through life being so very dumb.

i think all the hollister locations arent that great in service. its when i need to get something then ill go and buy it there.
i dont have a great time shoppjng at hollister anymore cause of the horrible service. Its common sense. you might hate your job but customer service is important. sometimes i feel like they dont care cause they know customers will come back anyways. so it doesnt make a difference to them you know? anyways, overall i just dont like hollister. i try to just buy it online or something.

Not friendly at all. Showed a 25% off on my phone (said you can on the email) they said they didn’t have that. I said its online and in stores. They told me they could give me 20 and I said no thank you I have the 25. After rolling their eyes at me and being rude they gave me the 25 but they gave me 25 off both items I bought when the pants I bought were already supposed to be 30% off and I wanted the 25% off the regular priced item. They didn’t give me the clearance price on the pants. Horrible customer service. If you don’t like where you work and don’t know your own stores discounts… don’t work there!!!
