Went here for a quick dinner. Veggies looked old and brown, but since I was hungry I figured the stir fry would cover that up. The cook immediately filled my bowl with spices of his own choosing. I told him I didn’t want what he put in and asked why he didn’t wait for me to indicate which sauces I wanted. He got real mad and tossed the bowl across the grill, put his hands on his hips and asked me what I wanted then. Why offer customers choices if you disregard this and do what you want? I did not deserve to be spoken to like this. I refused to have him make my food and went back to the cashier for a refund. She claimed she made the refund, but lied. I checked my bank five days later and was told they double charged me and never refunded me at all. I ended up having to fight with them through my bank. Totally not worth the aggravation. NEVER eat at a place that charges you before you get your food.

This is the worst Great Khan you can go to at any mall… they are very very cheap with the noodles… the mexican guy that works in the front has been there forever… i think its his career… he does not greet you at all when you walk up to the register… he acts like hes the shit because he works at great khan. He’ll kinda stare at you like«wtf do you want today?!» I understand this is a fast food place so they don’t need to service you but hey at least ask how may i help you and force a smile or something… i mean we are technically«paying» your paychecks… O yeah and if you are asian… forget it… he’ll give you even less noodles… HEIS A JERK!!!

I have never been to a place like this, what a show! You pick what you want and they cook it in front of you. You decide what meats&veggies and how spicy you want it. I love the fact that this place has so many healthy choices. You start off with paying for a bowl and drink $ 7 and you scoot your tray aside an assortment of thin frozen meats: beef, chicken, pork, turkey. Pick up the tongs and try to fill as much as you can then smash it down into your bowl when staff is not looking. Next, you have an array of veggies to choose from: carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, green onions, cilantro, tofu, broccoli, celery, water chestnuts. Then you give your plate to the staff and they throw their concoction together(lemon juice, garlic juice) and ask how spicy you want your meal. Lastly, they throw your meal atop a huge round stove(think benihana) and add fat yellow noodles, they turn it with gigantic chopsticks. Once it’s done, they put it in a Styrofoam box for you to enjoy. Try it with sesame seeds, YUM! My only complaint is it’s like Taco Bell food, you get hungry after an hr.
