McDonald’s

This is the second time I come to this McDonald’s and to be honest they always forget something. They didn’t even give forks to eat my breakfast. They forgot to even give me my hash browns.

What kind of baby back bullshit is this. After 12 AM they basically only serve burgers and chicken nuggets. No mcchicken’s and such. Wtfuck. Oh and it was cash only. And the fries tasted old as fuck. Asked for some new fries and the fucking guy and his orange sweater rolled his eyes and said it would take three minutes. Straight up this location blows

This was my second and last time visiting this location. Last time I came here I waited 25 minutes for my order and it came out cold and wrong. Earlier this evening I tried to order something to eat from the drive through and waiting exactly 7 minutes for someone to help before I gave up and drove away. As soon as I drove away two other cars pulled up while I was waiting at the light across the street and they were helped right away. Absolutely ridiculous. Myself and my family will NOT be coming back.

This is my 3^rd time coming to this McDonald’s now I remember why I do not come here!!! The drive-​through is horrible!!! I got in line at 12:07am and it’s now 12:41 and still have not paid for my food! If my son was not hungry I would just go home!!! Only come to this McDonald’s if you want to wait for ever for your food!!!

To say this is fast food is a joke. McDonald’s is barely food as it is, it shouldn’t take 30 mins to get through the drive-​thru. I WISH I was just being dramatic.

I ordered a number 4 breakfast, chine to find out they charge extra on top of the meal to get a drink? I’m already paying a high fee for breakfast here, now a drink that is supposed cone with the meal is extra? Would give 0 stars if possible

Everyone always has a attitude I thought McDonald’s was about putting a smile on your face not acting like pricks they get upset at the customer when they mess up orders the only thing good about this place are the fries and there’s an aggressive Bum outside that pushes the customers away

I just came back from there. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken mcnuggets, but they just gave me 9 pieces, instead of 10!

Super slow service! Food always cold! What happened to this locatiin?! Its changed for the worst! Fix this place

I understand this is a McDonald’s and you can’t really expect much out of the employees. .i have no complaints as far as the food. or wait time, it’s just like any other location. However I came to eat breakfast the other morning and witnessed some of the worst employee behavior I have ever seen. Well as I’m sitting eating my meal I watch as a woman employee, I’m assuming because she was wearing a uniform, by the name of NORA repeatedly curse and harass a fellow employee by the name of DANIEL. She walks into him bumping his shoulder. says «move you retard» «your a lazy idiot» the whole 45 min I was here she was making rude remarks towards this employee out loud… i was shocked and outraged when my 4 year old even looks at me and says «that’s not nice». I can not believe a grown adult would sit there and bully another employee like this. especially in front of customers. That is harassment, it is extremely unprofessional. I’m not sure where management was and how employees are just sitting in the eating area harassing another employee. It was a sickening experience

This establishment is ran by a bunch of idiots. 0 stars. How hard is it to charge me extra fudge for my sundae?

Worse customer service ever! They talk more to their employees than to take a customers order. Waited more than 15 minutes for 2 Chicken sandwiches and a frap. Plus there wasn’t even anyone inside. Very slow. I would take my business somewhere else.

My friend and I were waiting in the drive through for twenty minutes in separate cars before we even got to order. He was in front of me in line and when I finally got to order they told me cash only. I told them I didn’t have any so they sent me away. I pulled foward and I listened to the the person behind me order and they didn’t tell her cash only! My friend in front of me told me they didn’t tell him cash only either AND they accepted his debit card. WTF???

This has got to be the slowest McDonald’s in California… I have currently been waiting approximately 15 min to get my food. The line is out the door and they only have one station open. Worst McDonald’s hands down.

Been waiting in drive though for 20 minutes. Two lanes is a joke. Worker was rude. Told me to «wait I’m helping someone else».

I know it won’t matter since chains rarely get good reviews but I hate this place with a passion. The food is the same so I’d rather go to another branch. This last experience was so irritating. I arrived at the bathroom just as the janitor lady was going in. She stated that she was going to clean the bathroom so I asked her if I could still use it. She just repeated that she was going to clean the bathroom and opened the door. I went in and while I was doing my thing she tried to mop into my stall. She was literally mopping my feet. I know I probably need a pedicure but dang. I asked her to stop and she just stood at the door looking through the crack. Seriously? This isn’t girls gone wild over here.

I write this as I’m sitting in the drive thru. it’s been twenty minutes. like really mcdonalds? It would’ve been faster going to in n out up the street!
I can’t even imagine what would take so long, it’s not like they cook the food to order. And if someone has a complicated order they need to have them wait in the reserved parking spots.
Now I finally got my food. They lady just said 5.94 took my card and shoved my food at me. No here you go, thank you or anything else. I know it’s no fine dining but sheesh how about some simple manners?

Drive thru sucks balls.
Don’t even think of coming inside when you see a short line compared to the long drive thru line outside. It’ll be the same wait time.
This is the closest mcdonalds near my house and still I forget how terrible this location is.
Their prices per item is also more expensive compared to other mcdonalds since I order the same frappé (size and everything) each time I pass by a mcdonalds location and when I come over here. The total is way more than the other locations.
I believe the owner is just jacking the prices up for his own profit. If the owner does that. They should at least compensate for how understaffed this location is and make it more customer friendly. C’mon this location is off of the freeway and is the first thing ppl see when exiting or entering the freeway.
