I use to love this place, I went there just 10mins ago and when I got home to eat my chocolate donut I found a hair baked into the bar. I was so disgusted and angry, if a hair can fall into it lord only knows what else can be in there!!! I was against having the dunkin donuts before but now WENEED, I have never been so disgusted

On my second trip here, I got the donut with fruit pebbles(which is my favorite). It was my first ‘meal’ of the day and for some reason, it make me super sick! I got a huge stomach ache for it :(now I’m hesitant to get it again!

Good donuts but very expensive. A dozen and a half donuts near my house would cost 11 maybe 12. I got 15 donuts and it was 15 bucks

This place puts no effort in making their donuts ! Beware it is terrible tasting and the guy behind the counter did not say one word to me ! If you want a good donut go a little farther to the«donut tree» in walnut. This place is terrible no wonder they want a dunkin donut to replace it.

I’ve traveled all over the US and By far the best place to get donuts. the most crisp texture, with that melt in your mouth buttery flavor. So many donut flavor a that are just done right here. What’s Really good and the most special about this place are specialty donuts that are made on certain days like peanut butter and banana, red velvet, Nutella, and blueberry tea just to name a few. And let’s not forget the shakes and sandwiches hey make. They make multiple flavors of shakes to satisfy your tastebuds include my favorite taro. Forget any other donut shop in the area this is the place you have to go for donuts, shakes, and sandwiches.

My family loves family owned donut shop. Sing always knows my order when anyone of my family goes in. Donuts are awesome, the apple fritter puts everyone to shame.

I have only been here a few times when I went to Marukai, now Tokyo Central. It is very non-descript, but I found the folks very friendly, even though it was only one donut and a coffee! I know that Dunkin’ is moving in, but if you really mean to do business is to really up your game and put your competition to shame! Be committed to making the best donuts, running a clean store and be proud you did your best every day! It is fine if your customers boycott or sign petitions, but they can’t do everything for you! If you need to fix something, fix it! If it needs cleaned, clean it! Or paint it or remodel it! You can only do the best you can to keep your customers! Dunkin, unfortunately will have their customers as well, but just maintain your business and do your best and the rest will follow! If you need cash to compete, maybe GoFundMe can allow some of your loyal customers contribute to your future, instead of a wasted petition signature! Fight for local donuts! Take this opportunity to show your supporters you won’t give up without a fight!

I use to love biking here after school when I went to WCHS. It was really nice to see a familiar face, and know that this shop was family owned and not another faceless franchise/chain. I hope they stay in business, and I’ll definitely stop by soon to get some donuts!

I just heard the owner on the radio saying that Dunkin Donuts is moving near her donuts she’s had for I think 28 years! I grew up in Chicago, IL and I grown up with the ones over there. Like Californians and West Coast have another brand(not going to say, it starts w/a K.) It gets so cold there they have to his business in fattening up people there and to warn then up. This lady, the owner of Rainbow Donuts on Azusa Ave., in West Covina needs our communities’ support! She up against something difficult, but from the Love of her customers, neighbors, friends of friends RAINBOWDONUTS Will succeed with her business!

So I’ve never been to Rainbow donuts, but I can tell you any donut is better than dunkin’s particular brand of fried dough. Avoid dunkin donuts and and go to the local every time

THIS is the donut shop I love to stop in and take my son to for a special Saturday morning treat after a long week at school and work… This shopping center does NOT need a «DUNK-ERDONUTS»(like I saw on the news today!!!) Come on, West Covina — put a little more thought — and thoughtfulness — into your city planning, please!

I’ve gone to this donut shop for over 15 years, and the customer service never ceases to amaze. When I was little, I used to go every weekend with my grandma when she lived with us. Sing always remembers my order(chocolate bar or glazed twist and«leche» as she sweetly says), and still asks about my grandma after all these years.

This location has delicious donuts and best of all, the owner, Sing, is so sweet and friendly! Sing will be the most friendly person you will ever meet. She always has a smile on her face. I see a lot of regulars come who just stop to chat with Sing when the shop isn’t as busy. I will drive out of the way to have good service and eat delicious donuts. Thank you Sing!

Donuts are average just like the coffee. Unless you are a regular, count on waiting a bit. The two customers behind me got served and left before I did because they were regulars. Owner knew what they«always» get so she had it ready for them.

I can honestly say the main reason I’ve been coming here for years is the customer service. The donuts are nothing special, but every time I walk in there I’m greeted with a smile and a hello. Personally I think the croissants and the coffee/smoothie drinks are the best thing there. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

I come here all the time!!! Its just that I forget to check in since I go in the morning before work. Sing, the owner is the nicest person ever. She’s always in a good mood and always has a smile on her face. She also has extremely good memory, so right when she sees me, she already knows that I have to have my coffee and will ask if I want either the donut holes or the croissant sandwich.

The donuts here are pretty average tasting and taste like the donuts you can buy at a grocery market. I specifically came here for their«cronuts» since I’ve read reviews that they have cronuts, in which they didn’t at the time I came in. I just ended up buying a dozen of assorted donuts from them for $ 8.50. It was a hot day when I came and inside the store was also as hot and it was stuffy. Anyway onto the donuts, as I stated the donuts tastes average. I bought maple bars, glazed bars, cinnamon glazed, pink sprinkled donuts and on the second day of having them over night, the donuts were already hard! the third day of having them, oh man, they were hard as bricks, and I just ended up throwing them away. I also think that since this place isn’t air conditioned, I believe that also affects the quality and taste of the donuts. I mean, I don’t think you’d want your donuts sitting out in a hot temperatured room as well as being stuffy inside no? oh and btw, they also charge $ 1.00 extra for the use of cards.
