The Lab Creative Arts Studio

I have only been bringing my son for a few weeks, but he loves it. The staff and vibe are welcoming and the prices are resonable. All the kids seem dedicated and happy. So happy to have found this incredible space…

I don’t know why I haven’t written a review earlier, I am here almost daily. My boys have been going to the Lab for a few years now. They take all the classes from tumbling, house, salsa, popping and hip hop. It’s by far an excellent establishment. The amount of energy, dedication, time and support that is given to the kids is amazing. You will quickly feel like part of the family. Val and Carrie are the best and are always approachable if you need anything.

I was referred to this place by word of mouth so i decided to come in to check this place out that people highly talk about to a DESAPOINTMENT! I didn’t get her name but this lady was SO RUDE and NOT helpful at all! HER face said it all! I just don’t understand how can this type of people still be in business treating customers this way making them feel unwelcoming! She could of enrolled my daughter but she rushed me out of there and i just didnt feel comfortable staying to enroll her after this treatment! Not even a «hi, welcome what can i help you with» or «Im sorry we are not open yet, would you like to come back or let me get your name and number» that would of made me feel like «yes «we do want your bussiness! Places like this and these kind of people do NOT deserve my bussiness!

My kids have been taking classes at the lab for years! They offer a wide variety of classes for all ages (including adults)! The owners and staff are amazing! The price is affordable and I couldn’t ask for a better environment for my kids to be in. There are performance and competition opportunities along with concept videos, photo shoots, and countless others! Come check out The Lab and join our awesome dance family!!! You won’t be sorry!

This truely is the best dance studio in the SGV. Valerie and Carrie and all of their staff are amazing and really care about their students. They have created a safe and social atmoshere for the whole family. Our son has been going here for over 2 years and can’t get enough of The Lab.

This is the studio where I take Zumba Fitness with Rubi G, aka Zumbalicious, my one and only source for learning some Latin steps!
I haven’t been to class in a while, but please keep in mind that the venue has moved a few doors down from the address listed here. The place is huge, and I’ve always wanted to visit a dance studio like this. As a fan of ABDC, aka Randy Jackson’s America’s Best Dance Crew, it’s kinda cool that the hip-​hop classes that you can take here are taught by people «in the scene».
The venue also offers martial arts and tumbling/​gymnastic classes. The huge tumbling floor and fighting ring are visible through the window on the right once you get past the entrance and reach the front desk. Definitely check it out!

Kenta’s pilates class runs on Mondays and on Wednesdays he has yoga for $ 5. Both classes are one hour and it’s totally worth your money. I hadn’t practiced yoga or pilates too much before trying his classes and he said it was going to be tough, but it’s such an amazing workout! Other than showing you poses, he’ll walk around and correct you if needed… I definitely received a lot of attention in areas where I struggled and where I could challenge myself.
Try it, it’s only $ 5! :D

My 4 yr old Loves the Hip Hop Dance Class. Teachers R Great but MOST importantly its affordable.

Well run and cutting edge studio! The owners are caring and compassionate about every one who walks in! They offer unique classes that no other studio in the area offers.
The classrooms are huge… and COOL — as in temperature — I hate benig trapped in a tiny room with 50 other super sweaty people trying to breathe! Not an issue here.
Windows line the sides in 2 of the biggest rooms –it gives it an even bigger feel and the mirrors stretch wall to wall so you don’t have to try to squeeze in to see yourself.
The owner has experienced but currently sought after teachers on her staff which is why I love going there. And they offer classes for ALL ages.
I definitely recommend The Lab!
