I have been to the cape twice and stopped here on my first trip and so happy I went back. The Chatham steamers are a must and we have the baked seafood. So darn good. I would come back for more stars and good service

Love Sundancers for a nice relaxing waterfront dinner. The specials are fantastic and you cannot beat the prices. My fiancé had the teriyaki steak tips and chicken, which he said was delicious. I had the shrimp, just fantastic. Their lobster specials looked good too. My cousin lives in Harwichport and showed me this restaurant, now I eat there whenever I’m on Cape. You can’t go wrong!

Fine, but nothing special. My family found this place, tucked back from the road, and remembered a few good reviews we’d read. The food was up and down — good scrod, below average scallops(weird sauce), and mundane sides. The wait staff seemed rushed and not all that happy to be there, but maybe because we had a 2-year-old in tow?(She behaved well, for the record.) Plus, the décor could use some updating. A seat by the water is great, but don’t let that be your only drawing power.

My in-laws own a house on the Bass River… within kayak distance of Sundancers. Absolutely love going to Sundancers every summer for the drinks, music, and bar food. However, I noticed it isn’t just bar food anymore for the past few years. We had 2 excellent sit-down dinners here this Cape visit. The absolute best was the LOBSTERROLL! I get one every year at the Cape from establishments from Harwich to Hyannis… some good, and a lot horrible with spoonfuls of MAYO. This was absolutely the best LR I’ve had… being somewhat health conscious. It was over-stuffed Heaven!

Good food and a nice view. We sat outside and it was nice. Came at 5:30 just before the crowd came! Make a reservation!!! It helps!

We were looking for a casual bar FOREVER while driving down this unfamiliar road… until we stumbled upon this. This place is great! Awesome drink deals, friendly staff and cool atmosphere. Just what we were looking for.

Visiting here from CT and I’ve got to say this restaurant was very good. I had the Alcapocco Burger which was awesome. My husband had the king sized lobster roll. Also very good. Would def come back here on our next trip here. I gave it 4 stars for the not too good mojitto. Will try something else next time

Food was as expected, but there were ants all over the table, which kind of ruined the experience.

If you are looking for a great local place with excellent food, this is it. They have excellent Cajun Sword Fish tips and Quahog. The bartender Sarah is very helpful and friendly. If that isn’t enough, come here to watch the sunset while sitting on their patio.

The only thing that this place has going for it, is the beautiful view. Two stars for that! They advertise in the local newspaper for a lobster roll special at $ 13. And, it seemed to be too good to be true! Turns out, it was! Their menu even list the lobster roll as «world famous». Are these people kidding? My husband and I can name at least 10 other spots on just Cape Cod alone that serve up better lobster rolls. The sandwich was generous in quantity but extremely stingy in quality, and was filled with too many lobster shreds. My husband and I both agreed that we’d prefer a smaller lobster roll made entirely of chunks. Just give us the good stuff! It tasted like the lobster had not been seasoned, so we added salt, pepper and lemon. The lobster was served on a cold roll(that’s something we’ve never encountered and screams pure laziness on the kitchens part), and had so much moisture in it, that the roll ended up becoming soggy and falling apart. Fries were entirely underdone and became soggy as a result of the moisture from the lobster roll. Server disappeared a number of times, and we waited like what seemed forever for drink refills. When she reappeared at one point, she stunk of cigarette smoke, which is always nice to smell, when you’re not a smoker and are trying to eat. Save the money and go to the small park area next to this place that has sitting benches, and enjoy the view. The Wee Packet, Wooden Shoe, Dog House, and Sesuit Harbor Café(all in Dennis), offer much much better lobster rolls. Label this under«tourist trap» There’s a reason that this place has been for sale for years. Will not return and do not recommend.

We went to Sundancers on our off season Bachelorette night out. It was the last bar we went to for a reason! We had a big group of ladies and the vibe here fit us best. There was an awesome love band and the owner waived our cover because we were a bachelorette! The only thing we didn’t enjoy were the swarming men who were too intoxicated to realize where they were never mind if we were trying to get away from them. There was a brawl toward the end of the night but we were already out of there so we werent too bothered by it. Overall we had a great time! Thank you!

The food was terrible, our meals were too pricey and the service was slow … The tacos were a measly fish stick in a cold flour tortilla with soggy iceberg lettuce. The lobster roll was stale(it should have been toasted). The verdict — don’t bother.

Our waitress was really great. Lobsters for $ 14.99 was decent. The steak egg rolls were yummy but you only get two(4 cut in half). Seafood casserole was good & had lots of seafood for the price. The patio was right in the sun… may want to sit inside. Overall not bad for the price.

Visited Sundancers twice while I was visiting my family on the Cape. Food, service, and atmosphere were excellent! Came back a second night with some friends, on a Saturday, to enjoy some dancing and drinking. Very safe and friendly atmosphere. A good mix of people of all ages were dancing and having fun. I will definitely keep this place in mind when I return for a visit.

Back for an update. Just so you know the«chef» doesn’t toast rolls? Fish sandwich on a cold roll? Lobster roll not toasted? He refuses to toast the rolls? Weird

Nothing fancy but good food and great atmosphere. Lobster roll is an absolute must. Skip the chowder. Try to sit on the deck, great view. Music is always fantastic. Fun for the whole family.

Here last week. Had apps & drinks. Food & service by Reese was great! Not impressed with service of food this week(except for fish taco app– delish!)! If it weren’t for the view I would have only given 1 star. Ordered the lobster roll. Lobster tasted like it was previously frozen that was placed on stale roll non grilled roll. My friend’s Cobb salad was on limp, soggy iceberg lettuce & no avocado. At first told they ran out of eggs then suddenly they had chilled eggs! So, go for a drink & an app and with the view, enjoy!
