Okay, so now I know if Mr. Lacona is going to reach out to me to resolve this — the answer is NO. I also found out why his employees are rude and hang up on customers — their boss is his wife and she taught that to them.
There are lots of places I could have spent the $ 25K that I spent with this company — and now I wish I had.
DO yourself a favor, shop around and read the reviews — I wish I had.
