Sales staff is friendly however they are a more pressure sales atmosphere. Their clothes are good quality however trying to convince me I need to buy more than the one thing I came in for again and again got a little old. (black shirt for husband to interview with). I wonder if they work for commission here.
Products are very good quality and store is clean and bright with products very well organized. They don’t have a lot of selection in smaller slim fit sizes for shorter guys though.

We ordered 9 suits for our wedding 4 months in advance. My fiancé was able to get measured on the spot and his suit came right away the next week, though Dan did a terrible job of measuring him and he had to have the coat and pants retailored. A few weeks later five more of the suits came in, one without pants to go with it. 17 days before our wedding we are still waiting on three of them and pants for a fourth, all of which are for groomsmen who have a long ways to travel back for the wedding. To add to the stress, they will still need to get the pants altered once (if) they receive them. My fiancé has called about twice a week for the last month and we are getting nowhere and Dan seems to be doing nothing to expedite our order so we have the suits on time for our wedding. We will definitely not be recommending it to anyone else getting married. I’m not sure if it’s just the management of this store or if it would be a problem at any location. Very nervous and disappointed. I’m not sure what we will do if we don’t receive them in the next week!
