I had an exceptional experience at the lasik plus out by Jordan creek. The staff is all extremely friendly and helpful. Derek is on who helped me a majority of the time. They made the process extremely easy. When I went in for my initial consultation Derek went through all of the options with me and gave me his card to contact him directly with any questions. I was nervous for the procedure but the staff there go out of there way to set your mind at ease and walk you through the entire process. I felt the customer service is exceptional. I also appreciated that whenever I come in for a follow-​up apt the staff knows me by name. Having this procedure was the best thing I ever did. I was so happy with the results. I just wish I would have done it sooner! I will recommend lasik plus to everyone

My husband had the worst experience here. He had crazy reactions and blindness for about a week. His recovery time was around 8 months and his eyes are still very sensitive to sunlight, car lights and wind. Bad experience.
