Hate hate hate this store. I thought this location would at least have better service than Merle Hay’s location but I’m dealing with worse. I recently ordered a new iPhone through the store and they told me they would call me when it was ready. I waited a long time full of excitement and they never called. I had to call them myself and ask where it was and then they confirmed it had been in for awhile.
It doesn’t end there. When I went in to pick up my phone, I asked an employee to get my phone for me and he mumbled something to me and walked away. I waited 20 minutes and then asked him for the status. He looked confused and asked me for my name again and kept telling me my phone wasn’t there even though on the third try to look, he found it. Such horrible service!

Top notch customer service.
Yadira was the one who helped me and oh boy was she patient, courteous and friendly. I was trying to get on the Sprint network with an old smartphone I have and she helped me with each step of the way. The whole process was at least an hour but it was smooth and efficient and each second she had a smile on her face. Not too common nowadays. All the staff here also seem very friendly.

Been trying to get my phone upgraded and was having awful experiences with the Sprint store on Merle Hay. Came to this location with a grim outlook but was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and efficient service. I was able to get my phone smoothly with no troubles. I came in the next day to upgrade my father’s phone and service was top notch once again. If you don’t want to be waiting around, I would not recommend going on Fri-Sun because they can get extrememly busy.

Great selection of phones! I came in to check out the new Galaxy S Line and maybe consider switching from Verizon due to unlimited data they offer.
