I’m sorry, but an inspector who is not an engineer cannot tell you if a wall is structurally sound and scare a buyer. We had an engineer inspect this very same bowing wall 6 years ago and tell us it was safe. Also, lots of errors in his report. For example, the report said that the furnace was about at the end of its life. What he probably meant to say was that the a/c was at the end of its life because the furnace was replaced this year! Also, he referred to the only bathroom in the home as a «guest bath».
