I started coming here a couple years ago when my son broke a screen on his phone. Since then, my whole family uses this place for any issues on our phones.
Everything about it is what you’d want. They have comparable prices. And, they don’t just want to take your money, they want you to keep coming back. Some of the most personable service I’ve gotten anywhere. They’ve always gone above and beyond to help us.
They are also super fast. You can drop your device off to them and return for it, or they have a very comfortable waiting area with a tv, a load of current magazines, and soda or candy for your sweet tooth.
I recommend this place for phone or tablet service over anywhere else.

I brought in my iPhone 6s Plus for a broken charging port. After fixing the charging port my phone continued to have more problems and even after they could not successfully fix it due to hardware issues they still offered to refund my money if Verizon/​Apple won’t replace it. Wonderful staff and excellent service, thank you for your help!

Real talk: these guys are a class act.
Broke my wife and I’s iPhone 6 screens.
Every where you call is about the same price. $ 115 – 140.
So I’ll say these guys are right in the same price range as everyone else, but what sets them apart is their willingness to go the extra step.
One of our phones screen was sticking out a bit after we got it replaced. Went in there and they fixed it for free (obviously)
Also had a dead iPhone because of water, and they worked with me on my price range and found another iphone (giving me a free loaner phone until the new one came in), and it was still under warranty. Amazing.
Seriously would recommend these guys above anyone else.

Des Moines is lucky to have an honest, family-​owned business like this. Everyone has dropped a phone or tablet at some point and cracked the screen and it’s great to have someone local who can provide prompt, honest service without having to go through big company cell phone providers. The majority of the time they’re cheaper than those dumb phone insurances providers try to sell you.

Stay away they won’t warranty their equipment!!! I had my wife’s Samsung s4 phone screen fixed and they talked me into buying a 25 dollar screen protector also, not only was the part 200 dollars but they guaranteed that it would not break, they said I could throw it off of a 5 story building and it wouldn’t break. Well my wife dropped it off the headboard of the bed onto the nightstand and guess what it broke the screen, the same place they said would not break, I brought it back less than one month after they fixed it and they would not fix it they said that I had to pay for the repair again even though they have a 90 day warranty. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!! I would urge anyone else not to do business with them either.

Andrew and his staff at We Fix It Repair did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable and they know what they’re doing. It also helps that they seem to have very competitive prices. Will continue to use (but hopefully just stop breaking my phones). Thanks guys!

Two words: Life savers. Out of town and cracked my iphone– rather, i completely shattered my iphone– and did a google search– found this place with great recommendations. I drove there, i handed it over and 20 minutes later my life was complete again. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
