Well, first time I was here, the help came after maybe 10 minutes of waiting. But the second time I was here, my god it took me some 30 minutes of waiting, before getting addressed. One of the staff was explaining something to me, when she got pulled away and I again was waiting there for a while, which was annoying. They definitely need more staff here.

Its a small store and one can easily walk in for all the requests. The store manager is so good and he helped a lot with all concerns.

The manager of this store showed a complete lack of interest in solving my problem. Sure I should have returned the case in less than a month but I had valid reasons why that didn’t happen. I spent hundreds of dollars at this store in the last month and they found it impossible to return a $ 35 dollar case because the return policy is only 14 days. Also he made me feel like his attitude was my fault for being mad. Apparently AT&T doesn’t think the customer is always right, nor do they care about making a loyal AT&T customer happy. Very bad customer service.
