After horrible service at the Randall Rd. Corporate store we came to the kiosk at Spring Hill Mall and not only is the employee insanely friendly/​helpful he was able to do everything on site set the manager at the Randall Road location claimed she could not do. We will always return to this location as the service was awesome!

This store never ceases to surprise me. I’ve encountered poor service, including slow and rude staff. Every time I’m there, I feel like I’m the burden, bothering the staff from their daily lives. If they don’t want to work there, then quit. Don’t ruin something for the rest of us. This is the third time that I have gone there, and realize on my next bill, that the employees there have added services that I do not want. If I wanted a service or insurance or a warrant, I’ll get it. Screwing over the customers just to make your store look good is not a way to run a business and it weakens your brand. Why would I continue to use T Mobil if all I’m going to get is grief.

Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful about the products at hand. Associates are very friendly, usually get help from Estefania at the kiosk who is more than willing to devote her time and attention to her clients.

I most recently went to this store to replace my Windows Phone 8x that I dropped and shattered the face. I was helped by Cynthia who has also helped me on phones I have purchased over the last year. I have made 4 purchases in this store over that time and have had a great experience each time. I didn’t have to wait too long to be helped. although, the store can get busy at times and I have noticed that it is a good idea to make sure you have a decent amount of time when going to any mobile phone outlet as the process can take a little time.
All the employees here are helpful and friendly. They have typically found discounts on my services that even customer care did not alert me to. I highly recommend this location.
