Pizza Hut

We ordered three sandwiches when we came in at noon one Sunday. After 20 minutes, two of the sandwiches arrived, but neither appeared to be correct — the waitress certainly didn’t know which was which. We called her back to have them redone — 10 minutes later, they returned, unchanged and untouched. In the interim, the third sandwich arrived, so we decided to eat rather than risk another 10 – 15 minute wait to get the situation corrected. Finally, the manager arrived to discuss the situation, and he wound up comping our meal (which is where the second star comes from), but this was the worst experience in this restaurant I’ve had to date. Luckily, I don’t live near here, so I won’t have a chance to have this experience again — if I did, I’d think twice about coming here again.

Complete fail. They say that there’s not much difference between terrible pizza and great pizza. This pizza was completely inedible. The salads were frozen. The service was incompetent. Every single aspect of this visit was a failure. It cost $ 40 for a family of four to salvage some of the breadsticks and eat crackers.
