Silver Lake Pizza

A friend told me these guys are making assorted sea food pizzas. Tonight I ordered the Shrimp Scampi pie. WOW it is one of the best pizza’s I have ever had. The shrimp were good size and covered the whole pie. I ate this with my 9yr old daughter and we ate the whole thing and loved every bite. Keep up the great work guys. Can’t wait to try the Calamari Fra Diavlo pie. A must try for all you will love it.

I had the best experience with this pizzeria/​restaurant! I signed up for a food train for Police Officer Lemm who was tragically killed while serving in the military and they were extremely generous and matched my order for free and delivered it to his widow and children! So kind — thank you!!!

No need to go anywhere else if you live in Silver Lake, and worth the trip to come into town if you don’t live here. The pizza is great, the staff is kind and accommodating. The Sicilian is my personal favorite but you can’t go wrong with any of their pies!

With prime location and great food this place just gets it. I’ve been going to various pizza places in white plains for years and once I stumbled in here it became a local fixture.
If you’re ever in the area stop by for a chicken scarp slice or any of their other amazing changing menu

I currently reside in Connecticut where the pizza is God awful. I commute back and fourth to Westchester each day for work. In my Travels I have discovered this place and my girlfriend and I have both agreed that this is our new pizza place. The Grandma Shrimp pie with the Fra Diavolo sauce is out of this world! have ordered three pies since trying a slice two weeks ago! Also a huge fan of the chicken scarp pies. Employees are all entertaining and make the wait an enjoyable one. Safe to say that Silver Lake Pizza has earned my business

I would put 0 stars but unfortunately that is not an option. I ordered delivery for lunch via eat 24 and anxiously awaited my lunch. About 40 minuets I received a call on my work phone from the driver indicating that I «needed to come downstairs» as there was «no parking». Err um ex squeeze me?!! I work in downtown white plains and in all of the years I have worked in this particular area, I have NEVER had a delivery guy ask me to «meet them downstairs». I work in a busy litigation department so I had no time to entertain his request. I placed him on hold and continued to work on a major time sensitive document production I was in the middle of. After a few missed calls and a few minutes had passed, reception advised that I had a delivery. I contacted eat24 and was refunded the tip I included.
Now onto the food. Everything was MEH MEH MEHHHHHH. My chicken parm roll had no sauce. Food was cold, although that could have been due to the few minutes that passed when the driver was downstairs with my order. In any event, I’ll continue staying loyal to Anthony’s. I wouldn’t eat here ever again. It’s a shame because I work with a ton of foodies and are always looking for a new place to order from.

DON’T GET DELIVERY. We have tried several times over the past ten years with this place and every time we order for delivery there’s always a problem — always. If you go into town & eat there the food is great. We ordered delivery tonight (we try yearly in hopes that eventually it works out) a large pie & wings — mild. We live three blocks away. 45 minutes later food arrives. Pizza is not even warm — it’s actually cool & the wings were spicy HOT, not mild like we ordered. my poor son’s mouth was on fire & the wings were so well done they were beyond crispy. Friends have had similar experiences with delivery from here as well. It’s a shame because we prefer their pizza over Michaelangelo’s, but no one wants cold pizza & Michaelangelo’s pizza is always hot when it arrives at your door.

I was in the area for work and wanted a quick bite to eat. We stopped here and got the fig and goat cheese pizza. Easily the best pizza I’ve had!

Huge slices and great quality too. Price is fair. More or less definitely worth it. Nice and friendly staff.

The first time we ordered from here the driver showed up 1 ½ later with someone elses pizza. We were so hungry by then we just ate it. It was not enjoyable. The second and last time we ordered the driver showed up an hour later (we live 4 blocks away). He didnt bring the drinks we ordered and were charged for and the pizza was barely warm and mediocre to say the least. He offered to bring the drinks later, again so tired of waiting and just wanting to eat we told him to forget it. We wont be ordering from here again.

This is not a flying off the handle review. We have family close by and frequent this area and for convenience sake have ordered take out pizza maybe 18 times over the course of a year.
It was never great but for the kids and not driving farther we made a sacrifice to accept lower quality food. Out of all those orders, I can remember a couple that were actually good, few that were BURNT. Yes burnt, not just well done. How can this happen more than once?
How can a worker place a burnt pizza in a box, tape it shut and send you home with it ??
They did good on it and replaced it but it should never happen in the first place. It wastes a lot of our time. This happened more than once! My other gripe is that this place is not well ventilated, so if you sit at table, it get smokey from the cooking.
I find a troubling lack of quality consistency here, These guys need to clean up their act.

Staff is incredibly friendly and I think customers really notice and appreciate it. Chicken scarp pizza is delicious!

Very friendly staff! Never had a problem with the delivery, if anything i wasn’t ready for him to bet here so quick. :) Always a pleasure to stop in and have small talk .Love the personal arugula pie (mind you ‘this personal’ is huge!) i ask for a shot of balsamic on the side.:) great salads !! Plenty of different choices of pizza at the counter. Taste good!

Silver Lake is our go-​to delivery place. started ordering from here about 2 months ago, at least once a week. We have tried their cheese pizza, Margherita pizza, Chicken parm hero, Chicken Milanese, Cobb salad, wings, hot dog rolls and Philly Cheese steak sandwich. (Not all in one night, of course)
Honestly, their cheese pizza and chicken parm hero are really really good. Their wings are a bit dry but still decent. We tried the Cobb salad tonight and it was a LOT better than what I expected… it was really good actually. The hot dog rolls were pretty solid too.
The Philly sandwich was also decent. However, the Chicken Milanese was pretty horrible. The chicken cutlet itself is fried up nice and crispy. But, it was topped off with iceberg lettuce and other vegetables, drenched in balsamic vinegrette. (For best Chicken Milanese in the area, Mulberry Street is awesome). But, I’m not slamming the place. It’s actually pretty good. I was just really disappointed about the Chicken Milanese. But, we still order from the place but stick to things we know and love.

Great Food! Excellent service. Other business’s should take note on the level of service Silver Lake provides!!!

these guys nickel and dime me for years which i dealt with because they got my food right… Now they can’t even do that because they are not smart… Please learn to use the add custom feature on your electronic system. Or you will loose many more customers… Micheals pizza right down the road is 20 percent cheaper and tastier and never screws up an order!!!

I’m having a hard time with rating this place. We ordered pizza to take out here and brought it back to work. We got a large pizza with sausage peppers and onions. Our total? 26 dollars. I don’t know about anyone else, but to me, that is absurdly expensive? How was the pizza? Better than average. Was it 26 dollars better? No.
So what do I give it? What do I recommend? I’ll go with my feelings on the place. I liked the pizza, but I’m not going back to be ripped off.
Oh, and on that note, they charge an extra 1.50 for delivery.
