I am not one to completely bash a business but I have to say this Battison’s location may take the cake. I went back and forth with writing this review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. After living in West Hartford for seven months now, and using the dry cleaning services bi-​weekly, nothing has changed. Firstly, they have an extremely rude staff. The younger woman at the front desk with long brown hair is not only cold but unhelpful when it comes to assisting you with machines or your laundered goods. Of the dozen or so plus times that I’ve been in there, I can’t say she has been anything but discourteous. It is also very dirty inside, with unwashed floors and the majority of the machines don’t do their job, whereas the others give off a putrid smell. You’re better off going to the Farmington Avenue location.
