I can not say enough good about my experience at this location. I was helped by a manager named Ralph and a Tech named Jeremy. They truly went above and beyond to help me out, and they did so with a smile on their faces. People like them are what keeps customers coming. A product is only as good as the people who sell it… and those two men are top notch.

Wow, if you ever want to experience a store where they treat you as a person, and not a drone full of cash, go to the Microsoft Store. I came in with some problems regarding my phones, and practically the whole store came together as a team to help. Within an hour, I left with better phones, at a lower cost, and got a service plan setup in moments. Microsoft in general is definitely working hard to improve their image, and the Store seems to be their public face to show that they’re listening, and boy are they. I use to scoff the Windows Phone, but 8.1 has definitely turned me around. Typing is way faster, and Cortana understands me far better than Siri, and light years ahead of ‘Ask Google.‘ There are lots of exceptionally knowledgeable employees on staff, from virus removal to business development they have someone for everyone. As a business owner, it’s a must-visit store, especially with the free business development seminars offered fairly regularly. Definitely sign up for their newsletter to know when these come up. As a former techie, I give this place major kudos. They’re definitely listening to their customers, taking the feedback to improve, and quickly turning around adjustments. Whenever I need to buy computers or tech, I’m coming here.

As a tech, I was a little disappointed with this store. I felt as if it lierally was just their poor attempt to attack apple. I mostly saw Xbox Ones and Surfaces. Where were the laptops? Where were the Windows 8.1×86 machines? Nowhere. Why? Because Microsoft relies on 3rd party companies to sell these machines. I do not want toys, I want to see the newest server edition in action. To their credit, they were very helpful and let the customers play with all of the toys to test them before they purchased them. The staff was very friendly, although on weekends it was too busy to really ask questions. Everything was organized and well thought out, but at least with apple you can see their macs in action. If I was looking for a Microsoft toy, i would come back here, but I have no reason to.
