Took over 10 minutes for someone to sign me in to have someone help with an upgrade. Francisco was inexperienced and very unhelpful, all the while without a smile. Slow service with a poor attitude. Go to another store if you need help with anything.

This store was delightful. The service rep leapt up to help me and didn’t question my experience when I told him I was having battery trouble with my new phone. He immediately ordered me a new phone and was very professional and courteous. I’m only dealing with this store from now on.

Rocky Hill, CT
This Verizon store actually hires a staff that are patient and informative. After visiting another Verizon store that was not helpful we attempted to test this group on our questions and they were very helpful. The guy helping is wad patient with us and answered all ofbiu r questions. If he didn’t know an answer he’d go and find it out. He also walked us through the online store so we could find what he was talking about when we got home.
When I have to get face to face service from Verizon I would recommend this store.

I’m a longtime Verizon customer (since 1997) and have gotten consistently good service from the provider.
On the other hand, stores’ individual service varies greatly. This particular store is one of the good ones (as in I’d much rather come to this location vs the store in the mall across the street). It’s conveniently located in Corbin’s Corner and shares its lot with Radio Shack, Trader Joe’s, Toys R Us, etc– it’s a large plaza.
I’ve come to this particular store for almost four years and can safely confess to wonderful service and short wait times regardless of time, day, holiday. A very nice treat considering it’s retail! It’s the best store in the area.

I’ve always gotten great customer service with Verizon and today was no exception. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes with a newly upgraded plan and my very first iPhone (and smart phone in general) in hand. Yeehaw! So glad I decided on the Corbin Corners location and not the mall (which is tiny and I imagine would be mobbed). All in all, a fab experience. Knowledgeable staff, efficient service, win win win.
