Horrible… i had to wait forever, and then while the lady started taking off my polish midway stopped and started on someone else. One hour wait and a bunch of flies on me… no thank you

Such a disappointment. I didn’t mind waiting for nearly two hours because the worker was by himself with no help. It was fine until this random guy came in and he took over applying the shellac. Talk about jacked up. He applied it on so thick and sloppy that as soon as I came home the corners were peeling off. Never again.

I had a wonderful time getting my nails done with Huey and Tina. I arrived a half hour before closing but they took me in with grace. We had great conversation while Tina perfected my nails. This salon is a little hidden gem downtown West Haven. I highly recommend going here if you are in the area!

the owner is a mean, rude, unprofessional person. i have been there three times, each time giving her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day and that was why she was so rude. i strongly recommend finding a different salon even if you have to drive further to get there. this owner does not deserve the business she is horrible!!!

Love this place. Smaller than most, but I got lucky and there was no wait. Family operated and welcoming environment. Tina does a beautiful job and the newer girl who did my pedicure was awesome too. Very happy. Will definitely be back.
