Pizza Hut

If you have a few bucks in your pocket and don’t really care what kind of a place you are going to, this place is for you. We’ve been here a few times and the last two was because I said we’d give it one more chance. No more chances. The three times I have been there, it seems like nothing was clean. Not the tables, bathrooms or hallway. The pictures on here look very nice, but they don’t represent the food you are being served here. If you live in West Haven, there are plenty of pizza places to choose from. Tom and Pats, Only the Best, and Mikes Pizza.

Cheap cheap cheap cheaplyyyyyyyyyyy made pizza! I wouldn’t even feed my kids if I had some this cardboard. Try pizza palace right next door to them.

This is the worst place… I called ahead for a simple lg pizza. had to wait a extra 20 min after I got there. The phone has been ringing the whole time. feel sorry for that person… the help has acting like every costumer was bothering them… I guess this is the service you get with minimum wage.

I had dinner there with friends many years ago, and the food is very good. I ADORE the ziti with meat sauce!!! They don’t have too many customers, so there’s always seating.

This Pizza Hut has vastly improved. The pizzas and Hershey’s Cookie pizza that we ordered were well-​prepared with a decent amount of toppings. Everything was cooked well too. I ordered via the Android app and everything went well – coupons included. Very happy with outcome. Hope this place keeps up the good work.

I think Pizza Hut is not really that bad but this particular one sucks, I really hope you have time because you order a pizza Monday at 6 PM it’ll get there around Thursday at 9 PM and don’t complain to them because they say no one lives in Connecticut who works.

On a Friday night they had 1 waitress, service was horrible, had to ask for silverware, appetizers showed up the same time as the pizza. Waited 20 min for the check and had to ask again and it took another 10 min.
1.5 hours for breadsticks and 2 pizzas, sad…

Zero stars! I had to cancel my order because it took over 1.5 hours to deliver and I placed the order before the store opened. When I called the guy was just laughing and saying how I should just come pick it up. If I could come pick it up, I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. Poor customer service ever. They just kept putting my on hold too and had different people picking up.

Yes I know, your shaking your head, Pizza Hut?! YES, Pizza Hut. I think it stems all the way back to childhood when I’d get a free personal pan pizza for reading books in the «Book It» school program. Whatever it was, I have a soft spot and occasional craving for this greasy food. This particular location has the best customer service. I prefer to go in to order because delivery is always cold and wrong. The folks who work here are awesome, are super friendly and always make me happy I decided to stop in instead of being lazy.
This hit the spot on rainy dreary night. I could live off their bread sticks and I always ask for extra seasoning and they are happy to oblige. It does need to be spruced up inside, it looks no different than when I was a kid BUT it is clean and orderly so overlook the dumpy booths. Say yes to bread sticks!

Went back here recently and I may have just had a lot of bad luck and went on off nights because there was absolutely nothing wrong the pizza I got this time I went, just as I always remembered it.

Horrible horrible service and very dirty establishment I ordered a pizza and decides to stand by where its made to observe 1– no moves no employee had gloves on 2only two employees had hair nets 3 they had placed someone’s food on the counter so that the waitress could take it then the delivery guy came and accidentally placed that sack that they carry on top of the food they still gave it to a customer gross!!! Then after waiting 30 min they tell me oh we messed up your order we will give you credit I said nope just give me my refund also I did not know that they spray the crust after it comes out so it can get golden color really I will never eat pizza hut again especially not this specific location

I ordered two pizzas on a Friday night. They called me back about 5 minutes later to tell me they didn’t have tomatoes… huh no tomatoes? How the hell do you make pizza without tomatoes. I mean theoretically I know the pizza sauce comes from a jar, but no tomatoes?! Wtf?! On a Friday night?!
Anywho, so I told her to put pepperoni on the pie, said bye and immediately realized I had already ordered a double pepperoni for the kids. But, before I could say wait a minute she had already hung up. I hit redial she picked up and put me right on hold. OMG!!! I hadn’t eaten all day and was in a really pissy mood, so I held on and eventually told her I wanted sausage instead of pepperoni. She argued with me a bit about the fact that she had already made the pepperoni; I calmly explained that she hung up before I did and then put me on an extended hold. She told me I would get a new pie.
Fast forward 30 minutes, after I’ve sat in a hot car in HEAVY Friday evening traffic. I go in to get my pizza hand over my coupons and debit card and wait. She starts to argue with me about the coupons… when I start to walk out without the pizzas she rudely asks me if I plan to leave her with the pizzas? Uh yeah?! Hulllo Papa John’s, Friendly’s, Denny’s…talk to the hand biotch! I always have a choice! Eventually, she takes the coupons and I leave. Imagine my surprise when I open my box, salivating and shit starts falling off of my lukewarm slice. I look closely and see what looks like little turds all over the pizza and in the box. Apparently the «new pie» that I was supposed to get was really the old pie disguised with sausage (literally) thrown on top! There was still pepperoni on the frickin pie!!! Did I not say I didn’t want pepperoni?! If there wasn’t so much traffic I would have driven back and slapped that troll with the pie. Instead I am turning to Unilocal.
STAY AWAY from this Pizza Hut!!! They have messed up my last three visits. Don’t go!!!
