Let me start off by saying even 1 star is to much. I brought me sons custom tailored suit to TOPS and they damaged the jacket. They are claiming that I gave it to them that way, NOT TRUE, do to the fact that they check the items when you drop items off and take your phone number in case there is an issue. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. He was very quick to dismiss the whole conversation. I tried to speak to him on multiple occasions to resolve the issue, but got no where. I’m very disappointed I have been going to them for many many years. I guess i have to look for a new cleaners and have to purchase a new suit!
