In this review I just want to talk about duct hygiene problem.
Please see the loose exposed yellowish fiber in the picture. I took the picture while I was covering the fiber with duct tape.
This is where the hot air (in winter) or cold air (in summer) comes out from the ceiling in the living room of my Bennington Hills apartment.
The fiber itself becomes dust. The fiber holds a lot of dust. The result? When I very gently touch the yellowish fiber, an enormous amount of dust is released to the air.
I think this represents the low standards of the company that built the apartment.
P. S.: When I moved in, there was a fur looking piece on the grill. So I asked the management to remove it. Just two months later, I saw another piece on the grill. That was the exposed yellowish fiber.
Addition (August 10, 2015).
I opened the grill on the ceiling in the kitchen and bedroom. The duct outlet had plenty of exposed yellow fiber glass (around the circular opening and also around the rectangular metal box). This is the picture of the one in the bedroom.
