THIS IS THE BEST TREE SERVICE EVER!!!
Many tree services claim to be «the best» but this place ROCKS!!. Dealing with Mike and Val (owners/​operators) was a real joy. The place was left spotless and Mike is so polite! Val is a dream to work with and always available to answer any question or discuss the estimate.
I will admit, other services provided lower estimates but when I looked behind the service name and license number, I discovered that many of these businesses did not have PROOF of workers compensation coverage for their employees! Meaning, I was on the hook if one of their workers got hurt! NOT «ALL ABOUT TREES», AS THEY HAVE COVERAGE FOR THEIR WORKERS! This is huge! Plus, they take taxes out of their employees salary and actually contribute to the state and feds coffers! This is refreshing!
For those of you that do not care if the workers are covered by the company’s workers compensation carrier, you should care, especially if you own any assets (home) or a business. Hiring an uninsured tree company because they are cheaper could be a very costly mistake.
I am an attorney and know first hand the pitfalls of not being insured, You see I represent employers of injured workers. I have been on the side of the employer for 2 decades. I can’t tell you how many people sue the HOMEOWNER when one of their climbers, gardeners, construction people or electrician falls or injures themselves. It is a sad day when a homeowner learns that NO POLICY carries workers compensation UNLESS YOU PAY extra and it is an add on to the original policy.
The extra few dollars I spent provided me with the piece of mind knowing that if one their climbers fell through my roof, fell off my tree or landed on my grass or sidewalk, «ALL ABOUT TREES» was going to take care of all damages because they have REAL and CONFIRMED coverage.
I would recommend these fine people to any person, anywhere, anytime.

GREAT COMPANY!!!
Needed to get our big Alder trimmed before El Nino. The trimmers we used before are no longer in business. Went looking for an arborist, who understands the proper way to trim a tree without killing it. Mike came out for an estimate. He took the time to really look at the tree. I really appreciated that. When I asked about our orange trees, he was very honest & said, at their age, they shouldn’t be trimmed. Also gave me the names of other trees on the property. He knows his stuff — and his quote was VERY reasonable! I had shopped around with other trimmers… most just walked in, glanced at the tree & gave outrageous estimates. Mike took the time to really look.
His crew came out & started work on the day we arranged (we’ve had problems with others in the past). Four hours later, the tree was trimmed, the yard & driveway were spotless! Can’t say enough about Mike & his crew! I’ve added his number on my phone for any future needs!
He’s an arborist — he’s insured — his crew was courteous & professional

Very professional and responsive. Mike loves his work and has a very good understanding of trees. They came when they said they would come and finished on time. They cleaned up and I couldn’t be happier.

They came out to help me with a part of my property where two oak trees were infected and sadly died from a local disease. When I purchased the property they were already beyond treatment. They were so helpful in getting the permits needed to take them down. They had 7guys at my house first thing and cleaned up when they were done. The grounded both stumps level and saved me all the wood I wanted and left it stacked nicely.

This company has consistently given us great service. Mike is very knowledgable and the final price is always in line with his quote. They take great care to clean up and they always leave our yard looking very nice.
