The customer service was horrible. The person working behind the counter named Anakaren was rude, she told me my order would be ready in 3 minutes, it took them 30 minutes, which didn’t bother them because they already took my money. I would avoid this place and go to pick up stix.

Food is usually ok at this location. I really disliked the clerk asking me if I would like to donate the change to a children’s charity. It is one step away from panhandling and I found it offensive. Some clerks work with a sense of urgency, some work glacially slow even with a line out the door.

Considering that it’s quick and convenient, it’s typically pretty good here. Just once I got one of their specialty steak dishes that was badly over cooked. So, even ‘though it gets a bad rap for not being a very authentic Chinese food restaurant, it’s ok by me. Staff is usually helpful and nice.

The food is great so it’s hard to complain, but I just want to know is it just me, or are they always out of chow mien!!! That’s the only thing that bothers me. I’ve experienced this three times in a row. Maybe I keep going at busy times. Other than that little problem, they seem to be consistent in everything else. Quality is good. Serving size is good. The parking lot is spacious, and lastly the prices are reasonable. Those are main reasons why I still go back and love this place.

I usually have good dining experiences at this restaurant, but yesterday I stopped by to try the ribs and was really disappointed. There were so full of gristle that they were inedible. The other food was OK, so I don’t know if it’s just this new menu item or if the store got a bad batch of ribs. Hopefully, next time will be better but for now I’d suggest avoiding the ribs.

This place is like all other places with this type of service. If you go during slow hours you will get cold and food that has been siting out for a while. If you do during peak hours you will get fresh food, but have to wait in a line of 6 – 10 people in front of you not to mention that you just might have to wait for more food to get cooked. So dang if you do and dang if you don’t, pick your. I prefer to wait in line and have hot fresh rather than food that has been sitting a while. The best time to go is 1pm-3pm then again at 6pm-7pm. Then you miss the longer lines and still get fresh food.

My daughter and I have gone a few times. I will admit, we go after the lunch rush so I can’t complain or have experienced the long wait. I will admit they are understaffed. Too much work expected from these kids who work there. Shame on you Panda. The food has always been excellent and affordable and you can count your calories wisely with their combo options. I’m reserving my 5 th star for Panda when they hire enough staff to cover their customer volume. I have driven past and seen the line out the door at lunch and dinner times. Hey Panda, why not review your manager at this store and find out the scheduling problem? You have a great product at a great price. Hire enough people to prepare and sell it. P. S. Try the Orange Chicken… THEBEST!

Surprised that it was so good. First time here, and the food was good. It is really busy and they ran out of an item and worked really hard to get it back on line. Ana was super nice and patient with some fussy people. I commend her. Great employee. I like that it is cheap and you can get what you want. I can get a side of whatever I want. I don’t do rice, so it was nice to get an Entrée with a side of veggies. The veggies are cut up and fresh that same day – and they are good! I wish it was organic, but the price is cheap, so what do you expect? Place is clean too.

Panda is the best fast food place. This spot is great because the staff is always friendly and always quick. I recently started just ordering online to pick up. It’s so much easier because this place is usually packed especially during lunch. You can never go wrong with Panda. I’m actually craving it right now as I write this review… But alas this is a fine Panda Express… it’s close to home and the prices are always great.

I really like the food here BUT the trays are always empty, the staff is incompetent, and everything moves at a VERY slow pace. If you have a half hour to spare to get a 2-item combo, come right in. Also, I just made an online order to save time… Doesn’t matter. I got to the restaurant 20 minutes after placing my order and not only was it not ready, they said one of the items was not available. They are terrible here.

My daughter has a liking for panda express now, I get a two item combo and she would eat a little bit of it and I able to separate it all out to four lunches for her to bring to school so it is worth it.

Quick service though sometimes the food that they have is dry or almost empty. They keep. changing their staff makes me wonder the kid of management they have.

If I knew I would have to wait 25 minutes atet I ordered my food, I would have gone to a regular Chinese place. No express here.

First time at Panda Express anf the food was hoy and fresh. Not bad for a fast food chinese place. Yhe Beijing beef was hot and spicy! Black pepper chicken was ok. Employees were nice and friendly. Definitely would be visiting this place again in the future

Do yourself a favor — don’t bother with this location, especially after 8pm. They boast that they are open late, and yet more times than not, close to half the containers are empty or look like they have been sitting out way to long. Go the extra mile or so to the Topanga location(north of Vanowen) for much better, fresher selection.

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese food, don’t come here. This stuff caters to the ‘Mericans who don’t like to venture out of their chicken tenders and french fry zone very often if they don’t have to. This location is small and located around the side of the Fallbrook Mall on Vanowen. It can get crowded here but the hubster and I usually eat lunch late so we beat the crowd. Seating inside is minimal. There are a few tables outside but without umbrellas and it can get hot there. Portion sizes are hit and miss. Today we got pretty decent portions but sometimes it’s just a few pieces and not worth it, since it’s not the cheapest fast food you can find. The temperature of the food is another thing that bugs me. I know the food needs to be maintained at a certain temp to pass health inspections but their food could be kept hotter. We get their 3 item plate and share and the orange chicken is one thing we always get. Their black pepper chicken is really tasty too. I don’t really go for their beef dishes as I think they skimp on the beef(beef and broccoli is more like broccoli and teeny slivers of beef). Try their Shanghai angus steak if you want more meat, but you will dish out an extra $ 1.25 for it(eyeroll) as you would for any of their fish or shrimp items. They have a new Golden Szechuan Fish, which we sampled and was very tasty. I give this place four stars for consistently greasy, tasty, fake Chinese food. Oh and for the cheap chopsticks I pretend to know how to use.

Always have a long line but there food is consistently good. Staff is pretty friendly and they give you good portions. The food is almost all the time fresh. It’s a pretty busy location so they keep coming out hot and fresh!
