Excellent customer service they know me by name. The drinks are great. I frequently buy the protein powder for use at home. I’ve never found a powder I like more.

Got to say, I love love love this place. The staff and the manager are so helpful and friendly, and its so convenient, I mean its across the street from my gym and around the corner from my place, next to my bank, and can not forget next to my favorite place (STARBUCKS).
My favorite drink after a workout is the –Hawaiian
Pineapple, Strawberry, Coconut add glutamine
I will say You do feel relaxed and comfortable when you enter into this place.
Drinks are well worth the price $ 7 (i believe) and one size only. (love it).

Rude staff. Horrible customer service.
This is what is wrong with this great city, specifically West Hollywood.
It seems that if you are not coming from the gym they don’t care about even dealing with you.
I don’t know how they stay in business.
All said I will not spend a penny there ever again. Goodbye

No signage for customers with allergies when they changed the recipe, and changed the protein powder supplier. Been coming here since it opened. Due diligence when asking for ingredients/​allergies. Then come to find they change their suppliers and the juice/​fruit mix for the bitty berry. Smoothie tasted off. Asked what was up, and was told that the juice had changed. Re-​made the smoothie. Still tasted off. Was told that the protein powder changed as well. Now contains a ton more allergens. Very disappointed.

Parked in the parking garage near BodyFactory to go to Tender Greens. We wanted to validate our parking, but Tender Greens didn’t validate for the garage we had parked in. I LOVE smoothies, so we decided to try BodyFactory out. Plastered on the wall we saw pictures of celebrities who apparently frequent BodyFactory. I love berry smoothies, so I decided to order the Itty berry smoothie. The size we got was pretty large, but I think the price was a bit more than most smoothie places. The smoothie was alright– more chalky tasting than some protein smoothies I’ve had, so they probably pack it in here. The chalkiness definitely hurt the taste for me a bit. My fiancé liked the smoothie more than I did. The service seemed alright when we came here. They were relatively quick at least. I may or may not come back if I’m in the area. I can definitely make something similar at home with protein powder.

Friendly dudes making magical smoothies, fresh organic juice all other heavenly goodness. Awesome décor and attention to design shows they are passionate about their business and their message. Stumbled upon this place and will definitely stumble back!

What a rip off. I took my autistic brother in to get a smoothie. I ordered there cleansing drink, and paid by credit card, signed with my finger, my brother changed his order to a drink like mine. I gave the guy 1.00 more for the upcharge. I went next door and ordered our lobster lunches, and my brother came over and told me they lost the credit card purchase, so I gave my brother a 20.00 bill. I only had 20.00’s and paid them also at the lobster place. Well my brother came back and said the guy at body factory said he only gave him a 10.00 bill. He would not give my brother the juice. I went back they argued with me and my brother. The girl next door at the lobster place was behind us in line and saw the whole deal, she went over and tried to explain, but they did not give a inch. Be ware of thieves at this place, watch your money!!!

Always a great experience coming here! The staff is kind, quick, and the shakes are always amazing! It’s a great place to grab a shake after an intense workout. I also enjoy getting the «bitty berry» when I am craving something sweet in the afternoon. Definitely check them out! They have a bunch of other fun things there too!

One of favorite smoothie stops. I always get the bitty berry. It’s so filling and also was told its one of the ones with not as much sugar. They also have this tropical one that is my all time favorite. It’s a bit higher in the sugar bc of the coconut and banana but it’s a must try if you really want a sweeter one.

I come here because its convenient when im out of protein powder or bored of having the same shake every week. I love the PB and C, V and J. Service could be alot better. Some of their cashiers are extremely stuck up which is really annoying. But overall good quality protein shakes.

I think I will make my shakes at home. I have been here several times, and only once has my shake been fully blended through. Nothing says delicious like sucking partially blended fruit through a straw.
I have only had one cashier who was nice and helpful. One time I came in an asked a question about one of the drinks. The cashier handed me a book of all of their drinks and told me to figure it out…
If there is no one in the store, you will probably have your drink out within minutes. 2 or more, good luck.

BodyFactory is amazing!!! i always go in for a pbj or Smooth mocha nut smoothie after my workouts high protein very low calorie! as a doctor i know how important it is to stay and be healthy. Not only can u get the best shake in town, the home goods are INCREDIBLE, definitely unique pieces that make great gifts! all types of awesome candles for anyone’s liking. thank you to the knowledgeable and very sweet staff!!!

This is a great spot for all things to promote health and wellness. I really like the bodyfuel smoothie, great source of protein and the pineapple is so good. They also have great prices on Quest bars.
They sell mens shaving products by Castle Forbes and Black Jack, two fine brands with many different creams and balms. Not to mention all the supplements for pre and post workout nutrition. Plus the staff is friendly, I’ll return here for sure.

The smoothies taste weirdly good. Yes, weirdly good. First they taste a bit powdery and youre not sure if you love it, but you will in a minute. I don’t get it.
It would seem like they’re full of sugar and calories, but apparently not. I always get the Tropical (without bananas) and maybe a workout booster.
Their price system is just weird. You can become a member for a cheaper smoothie, but bring out your old multi variable calc book when trying to figure it out.

no sugar added and the people behind the counter have always been nice.
I believe they also have some kind of point/​member service.
