Earthbar

I have been to all of the Earthbar locations and this one is by far the best and most consistent.
My favorite things to order here are:
–Acai Bowl with 1 scoop of almond butter mixed in and gogi berries and cacao nibs on top
–Slim Down Smoothie
–Amazon Immunity Smoothie
–Flax Master Smoothie
–Brain On Shot (double)
–Wellness Shot
–Custom Cold and Sinus Shot (if I am feeling under the weather)

Kind of over priced on the food and juice but acai bowl was huge and great for sharing!

Just had a delicious Slim Down smoothie! Will be back next time I’m in the neighborhood!

Awful! Staff didn’t greet me, were having there own conversations and couldn’t care less about customers waiting. They barely made eye contact and when I placed my order I was waiting for the longest time while other people’s orders were made and mine was not. I eventually asked if I had been forgotten about and again they couldn’t care less. They begrudgingly made my smoothie and there was no apology or even a smile and a thank you. The worst service I’ve had in a long time. Don’t go here! Go to the one on Santa Monica Blvd where they at least care an iota!

Nowhere near as good as the Santa Monica Blvd location. Staff are slow and not that friendly — I guess maybe that’s because of the people they have to deal with coming out of the Equinox?

First time here and I decided to try the Muscle Up, since I just got out of a SoulCycle class.
As for the smoothie, it definitely hit the spot and was very tasty!
As for the service, it could have been better. Whoever took my order either did not submit my order or the people making the drinks did not see my order. I basically stood there for 10 minutes or so (I was the only one waiting along with another guy) when I finally thought they had called my drink and it turned out to be someone else’s and they didn’t know I was waiting on one. I’ll try this place again and hopefully service it better next time.

OMG, I can’t believe a place like this even exists. 7 bucks for a drink that tastes like a clay based face exfoliant. This was like walking into an SNL skit. The girl was flipping her hair and chewing gum and didnt know how to work the register. What a ridiculous little shop.

I had a similar experience as Stacy, the staff was beyond rude. Especially the man behind the register with the facial hair, I have been to the other Earth Bar multiple times and am very happy with their quality and service but this was out of hand. I don’t mind waiting for a smoothie but giving me the wrong smoothie and telling me it’s the right one is not okay. And when I did bring it up to the cashiers attention, he went on the defensive and said «We already made the smoothie». I saw the smoothie being made in front of me, I have ordered the drink multiple times at the other location. The young woman who made the smoothie understood and offered to make me a new one but at that point from the cashiers nasty comments I couldn’t stand there. Have never left a Unilocal review but had such an awful experience I had to re download the app. I understand that when their are multiple orders and a lot of pressure things don’t always go as planned but don’t sacrifice the quality of your products when you have multiple orders.

Wish I could give a –5 stars. Horrible customer service, They are always out of things and the staff is RUDE!!! I thing is a job requirement to be a JERK!!! Get over yourself people.

I want to personally take some time out to thank Earth Bar for their participation and involvement in A Brighter Future for Children charity fundraiser this past weekend. Thanks to supporters and donors like you all, we were able to raise some wonderful funds and supporters of the Audrey Hepburn CARES Center at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. There is a need for sponsors and supporters everywhere so I encourage you to continue helping the world one person at a time. Something about me warning the guy who made my smoothie yesterday that I had a peanut allergy made him put peanut butter in my shake instead of almond butter.
I tasted the shake and asked him if it had peanuts in it. He said «it shouldn’t.» Yes… I’m aware it shouldn’t.
I handed it to my coworker who said «yeah, that tastes like straight peanut butter.»
The guy offered to make me a new shake, which is nice and all, but not nice enough considering the hell that followed.
I’m sure this place is great if you don’t have a nut allergy, but for those of you who do, avoid this place at all costs. I warned someone of a peanut allergy for something that called for almond butter, just to be overly cautious and avoid him using the same spoon or blender, and I got a mouth full of peanut butter and a miserable allergic reaction.

You know, I love Earth Bars. All Earth Bars. Not all Earth Bars are created equal, but each has it’s own special touch. I love this Earth Bar at 8am when the guy is all chipper singing Summertime Sadness. So yeah, I’m going to spring for 5 stars. :) good morning, West Hollywood!

I love coming here every chance I get! Jared is the sweetest employee. Start your day off with a Great Breakfast smoothie, you won’t regret it. The staff is very efficient at making your drinks and they’re all so nice. Feeling sick? Order a cold & sinus shot, it’ll clear you right up. There’s metered parking right out front or a validated parking garage on Alta Loma.
