I’ve been using this chase for over a year now and just figured it was about time to write this review. Hands down, one of the friendliest, supportive, and most efficient chase banks out there! I’m here almost on a weekly basis because of business transactions and never have I had a bad experience!

Non-​educated management and they are not very helpful if you need any services other that withdrawing cash. I went to open a private client account and it took so long that once I met the staff I had no confidence in their skills. For good service and value look elsewhere.

Must say, deeply admire, greatly respect, & highly regard Jamie Diamond as a brilliant operator, however, this branch needs a complete re-tooling of staff! Initially 5 calls, 5 rings each with an answering machine! Thereafter, 3 more calls, again, an answering machine. Trying to leave Wells with similar issues & 6 fluid accounts. RIDICULOUS!! SHAME ON THESE DOWNGRADED institutions.
