I wanted to update and say how much I still love fetch! I have been using their services for my kitties for four or five years now. Their consistency is excellent and the people I have encountered through fetch are just top notch. They are very trustworthy and I feel like they really care a lot about the animals. Lisa Ann is awesome! I have nothing but good things to say about fetch. I’m always telling my friends with pets about fetch.

The love and care that Fetch provides to my pet is beyond words. My cat LOVES petsitter Shantal and she is so wonderful to him and to me. I feel in total safety knowing that Jack is in her care. I can’t imagine better service. Highly and strongly recommended.

This company is terrific. My dogs love the 2 sitters they’ve had and I am never worried how things are going as I get pics each day of them playing and having fun. This is a company that truly cares about your dog and they don’t lay around the house, they play with your dogs in conjunction with walks and giving them love. I just heard a friend was being cheap and asked a mutual friend to watch their dog for the evening — just over dinner — knowing this person’s own dog had escaped from the house 2x. Well, his dog escaped and thankfully was turned into a shelter the next day. But this would not have happened if he’d been willing to hire a responsible sitter from Fetch!

I highly recommend Fetch! Since I moved here about 9 months ago, I’ve used their services about once a month. Renee, the West Hollywood manager is very responsive and helpful. She listened to my needs and matched me with a great sitter. My regular pet sitter, Kerri, is so kind and loving with my senior cat. She sends me photos and updates when I’m away so I never worry. Fetch has really given me peace of mind when I am out of town.

Fetch is awesome. They are so diligent and caring, from the front office to the dog walkers. My dog Brooklyn loves his dog walker Lisa Anne. I get an update via text whenever she walks him and pictures as well. He’s happy. I’m happy. And it’s so reasonably priced.

Fetch has looked after my dog Loa with 2 – 3 afternoon walks for the past 3 years. They are reliable, accommodating, friendly and responsive. We recently welcomed a rescue pooch to our family. He was scared and pretty traumatized. I was worried it wouldn’t work out. But Kerry worked wonders during their visits and I’m so grateful that he’s really settling in. The walks are the highlight of the dogs’ day. They literally can’t wait to see Kerry and I can’t wait for the great pics she sends each day. Fetch customer for life!

Fetch is a great company to take care of your pets. Reliable and always putting your pets needs up front. Our dog walker, Leslie, has been fantastic. Our dogs get as excited to see her as they are when we get home. So when we go away on vacation, we know our dogs are in excellent hands. Highly recommended!

Fetch has been a life saver. I live alone out in california, and don’t have many people to rely on when it comes to taking care of my cat when I have to leave town. Jeff (our awesome petsitter) has been wonderful with my anti-​social cat Antionio. I get photos and updates via text while I’m away, which lets me know my kitty is okay.
Fetch is also so quick and great at responding to your messages/​petsitting needs that you truly feel valued as a client. This is a fantastic business that let’s you enjoy your vacation while knowing that your pets are in terrific hands! Highly recommend using their services. Fetch is awesome!

At the end of the day when you entrust someone to come over to your place and walk your puppy you’re looking for peace of mind and that they’ll hold up their end of the bargain. Everything was great with my experience with this dog walking service except the most important part. They told me that they would be in contact with me and give me «updates throughout the walk». They were supposed to be there between 1−2pm. In the morning I sent out an email to the walker with my lockbox password again as reminder, no response, but no big deal. 2pm comes and no word. I started getting worried… I follow up with walker at 2:20 and no word still. Then I emailed the service directly and followed up with a phone call to Renee (the owner of the business) at 2:37. Then, finally at 2:56pm I get an email from the walker saying that she had walked my puppy at 1pm supposedly but forgot to email or text me… Business emailed and apologized too, but that doesn’t take away the hour of anxiety that I experienced today. Renee did apologize again and said that this is not how they at all do business and that she had fired the specific walker that was assigned to me even though she had positive feedback from other customers. I think I believe what she’s saying and hopefully this was a one time occurrence. I for one won’t be a repeat customer, but maybe others will have a different experience.

Fetch! is reliable and is easy to do business with. My cat’s sitter, Jeff, kept me in the loop with emails and photos of my cat. I felt that my cat was in very good hands.

Kerry is so sweet and attentive to my two cats which is a rare find as pet sitters are often more experienced or comfortable with dogs. Fetch has always been reliable and able to handle last minute schedule requests. I’ve only ever been extremely pleased with my experience with them.

I had just moved to LA, and I was really in pinch with having to go out of town 4 days after I moved. I did some research and I reached out to Fetch. I really enjoyed the initial conversation with the owner, which put me ease in leaving my babies with Fetch pet sitters. The next day, my dedicated pet sitter Kerri came by to meet me and the kitties. Kerri was not only warm, friendly, sweet and caring, but I felt that she would do a great job. Kerri sent me pictures and updates everyday, which I really appreciated. I know who I will be calling next time I go out of town! I

I recently had hip surgery and needed my 8 lb yorkie walked both morning and night in the West Hollywood/​Beverly Hills area. I’m a very hands on /​over protective parent and had never hired a dog-​walker in the entire 10 years I’ve had my little one. After calling several dog walking companies and countless individual walkers, it was clear that Fetch was the best option for me. Renee was super accommodating and warm, and the two walkers I used (Emperial & Lisa Anne) were wonderful! I had a fantastic experience with Fetch and highly recommend!

I highly recommend Fetch pet care. I have been using them for the past couple of years and have been very satisfied with the care provided to my cat, Ally. They make it very easy to schedule a sitter and are responsive to my requests. I have met several sitters all of whom are very professional and seem to truely care about animals.
In particular, I appreciate that Janine is always good about sending text messages and photos to let me know Ally is okay when I am gone. She also is willing to come visit early mornings so Ally can be fed at her scheduled time. I have been very pleased with Fetch Pet Care and will continue to recommend them to others.

Great service, easy to use, can pay by credit card. Very friendly sitters who come to your home and meet your pet before your first visit so you feel comfortable and send you pictures and updates during the visit. Love them!

I highly recommend Fetch Pet Care. Peggy & the crew are so very helpful. They always respond promptly to any request, and do their best to satisfy any last-​minute requests for service.
My dog has a specific training routine that their walkers are happy to follow, which is a huge plus. They are all prompt and professional. Our regular walker, Nora, goes out of her way to care for Buster — it shows in the way he greets her whenever she comes to take him out — he really loves her! He always returns from his walks well exercised and happy! Janine and Emperial also do an outstanding job caring fro him.
I’m so happy to have found this service. I’ve had to use other services in the past, and no one meets the professionalism, skill and care that they provide. I never have to worry when a Fetch walker is taking care of my boy!

I love Fetch Pet Care and have relied on them for over 10 years, starting with my aging Aussie who decided that she preferred staying inside when I left for work — but then couldn’t hold her bladder for more than a few hours. A friend told me about Fetch and I am so grateful she did — I’ve been with Fetch ever since.

Fetch is amazing! Our sitter, Curt, has been so instrumental to our pet care. I have 2 cats, each with a very different disposition. Rocky is super friendly and Lollipop, very skittish. Lollipop doesn’t warm to anyone new and has even disappeared for a few days when friends have watched her. They are indoor/​outdoor. As you can imagine, it is very stressful to leave town and not worry about them; but to know that Lollipop loves Curt is so comforting. She even lets him pick her up! Curt always goes above and beyond to make sure the kitties are doing well. The cats are happy when we return and we are grateful.

I absolutely love Fetch Pet Care! I have two cats that HATE being boarded so being able to leave them at home at know that they are well taken care of by the people at Fetch makes my vacations that much more enjoyable.
I love how responsive they are (I have called at the last minute) and that we get the same sitter time after time. I also love getting pictures of my pets lounging around at home while I am gone. I completely trust Fetch and wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pet sitter.
