To be fair, I wasn’t in a great mood when I walked in to grab lunch. I don’t know exactly how a person gets to a point where he has a broken heart WHILEIN a relationship, but I’ve managed to pull it off. It’s just me today. No Sarah. Dining for one. None of the guys or gals working here were named Mike which leads me to believe this place is a chain from New Jersey or something. It felt a little crowded but that may have been because I’m uncomfortable in my own skin right now. They have quite a few options for sandwiches & chips & soda. Kind of like Subway on steroids. Everyone working there seemed satisfied that they were employed. I couldn’t tell if they had something else going on with their lives. Perhaps a writer or an actor? I hope so. But, some people may be ok with just making sandwiches for 70 years. I guess it’s really none of my business either way. The music was loud which I found kind of annoying but that’s more on me. I’m just having one of those days where I want to listen to Radiohead and hide from everyone. I feel like the price was fair and I’m kind of happy it was just me today, Sarah likes to order too many side dishes & she never finishes any of them. I’m not so sure what Sarah would have thought of this place. I’m not so sure I care right now. The food was fine. The music was loud. The staff made sandwiches. Jersey Mike’s gets THREE Stars.

Never Unilocal chain restaurants, but I stopped in this place for a quick bite during holiday shopping and was pleasantly surprised. Got the Jersey ’ s Favorite and it really took me back to growing up outside Philly. Good cold cuts, good bread, dry herb mix –really good. Blows Subway away.

Normally, you know what you’re getting from Jersey Mike’s. It’s better than Subway and costs about $ 3 more. It’s a chain, so most Jersey Mike’s locations are the supposed to be same. That being said, there is some bad stuff going on behind the glass at this one. Why do I say this? Not only did this Jersey Mike’s location give one of my friends really horrible food poisoning, but the location was closed for Los Angeles health code and safety violations a couple days later. Coincidence? I think not. They tried to distract people with a «Closed for repairs» sign, but people should know that something at this restaurant was so not ok that the city actually had to close it down. Yuck.

These guys are quick, friendly and helpful. I end up at Jersey Mike’s a lot and this is by far my fave one. Josh the manager was great and his team is on it! Donny even raced out with one of my sandwiches when I forgot it. Will definitely be back!

I’m eating my sandwich right now after visiting Jersey Mike’s for the first time and I wanted to write my review — such great service and the food is really good! Honestly, the service made the whole experience. The guy who took my order was super friendly and informative! He made me feel super comfortable and I had a good time ordering(where else do you really get to say that!?). All in all, super place and good price for the food. I recommend it.

Italian sub is good as always, piled high with deli meat and get it Mike’s way. I wish this place toasted their subs like subway, it would take them to the next level. I really think that they can have the meats pre-cut so the lines move a little faster.

Good quality sub sandwiches. Came to grab some lunch after shopping at target. Ordered their turkey breast sandwich with provolone, tomatoes, lettuce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Got it the jersey Mike way. Pretty quick service. I like that your meat is cut fresh before your eyes. Nice area to enjoy lunch too. They have a large courtyard next to Starbucks.

I normally don’t write reviews for places like this cause it’s pretty quick and simple. But the staff here is quite impressive. They not only make great sandwiches, they are actually happy to see customers and treat them with great kindness. Every time. Went for the first time a couple months ago and have been back quite a few times since.

Back again to see Jake. He suggested another sub which I tried and it blew me away. Every time I come here, I get a great a sandwich, Great service and a smile! I will be back soon for a different sandwich to try! BTW, their roast beef is the best you’ll get in any sandwich shop! Just see Jake, Tara, Josh or Friday!

I’m not sure what«Cappacuolo» or «Proscuittini» are, but they ain’t Cappicola or Prosciutto, LOL! They use some kind of water-cured, highly preserved ham loaf and call it something misleading to charge a premium. Just call it mildly flavored bologna and spare me the marketing campaign. Service was hit or miss, but if you constantly remind them of what you ordered, and watch them like hawks, you’ll be fine.

I absolutely love this place! A friend showed me this place awhile back and I can not stop eating here! Their meat cuts are off the hook and super fresh. They even slice the meats right in front of you when you order your Sammy. So far I have tried turkey with provolone, club sub which is my all time favorite. And the Jersey Mike’s famous Steak Philly. Go here if your a fan of Sandwiches!!!

Philly cheese steak yummmmm!!! The bread is just perfect. Soft and chewy but the sandwich ingredients don’t leak through or make it soggy. Definitely getting this again with EXTRA onions. Can’t wait to try other sandwiches. Side note, the shop itself is cozy. Smells good and looks very clean. The sandwich guy calls everyone sweetie, which normally might sound sleazy to me but his accent & delivery is not«capt try hard to be cool» just very NY/Jersey so it’s endearing. Makes me miss the east coast.

Delicious, savory, thinly sliced meat, and fresh ingredients. Not only is the food filling affordable and satisfying, but it also delivers in taste, and in customer service. Don and Josh were extremely courteous and helpful. Not only did they remind me about the free cookie with my check in, which I would’ve forgotten, we left our parking ticket there, and they graciously saved it for us and saved the day. Would recommend for a quick bite.

It is sad to say but Jersey Mike’s has gone down hill. It was once a place that you could go to to get guaranteed good food to go but now they use the same knock off breads and meats that Subway uses… GMO/steroid slush. Although the staff here are all very nice people and do try to keep the place clean. Just tell corporate to go back to old school when it comes to food. We can tell it is not real food. So fix it.(PLEASE). I just want my old Jersey Mike’s back!

If you get it to go and base your experience on the quality of your sandwich, this is a good purchase. It is a good value, the roast beef is solid, and you can customize your sandwich. This is a better deal than paying $ 14+tip for a sandwich half the size at many of the other spots in West Hollywood. It is not great, but it’s good enough.

Totally serviceable hot and cold sub sandwiches. Service was very friendly, and when you check in on Unilocal, you get a free cookie. Because it was the end of the night, they gave us two free cookies, so bonus points for that. I had the chicken philly, and while it wasn’t amazing or anything, it hit the spot…

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The sandwiches are amazing, I always get them Mike’s way. Also all the workers are all friendly. Donny is the best! Always so amazing with my kids

One of the most bland sandwiches I’ve ever had. The lettuce was dripping with water and made the bread instantly soggy. The toppings looked like they had been sitting out for hours. I’ve had other jersey mike’s subs at other locations and loved them, but that was not the case here.

I love having a little piece of home right here in LA. Jersey Mike’s has the best subs hands down no matter where you are. This location is no exception. The staff is friendly, they serve quality meat, the facility is clean, and the location is perfect for a mid day lunch or dinner while doing some shopping.
