Horrible customer service and very unfriendly! They over charged for extra meat and gave us old bread. After we got our sandwiches that’s when they through away the old bread. Waste of money!

Staff could be better I came to this subway, first experience I was charged twice because supposedly my app order wasn’t in their computer but charged my card, when I came in I had to recorder and pay again without receiving a refund. Today I come in with workers and the store manager is insisting on making one of the sandwiches a deluxe & literally only put like 5 of each vegetables, 5 onions, 5 jalapeños etc when clearly the deluxe upgrade specifically states«50% more MEAT» not vegetables. It’s like seriously, what do you have to lose by putting lettuce on the sandwhich, I’m not asking for the entire stock! Disappointing. And last but not least, wore NOGLOVES while preparing the food! I guess it’s the area. I’ve actually been to very clean and friendlier subways. Today is 12÷18÷15 at approximately 9:36am.

If I could give negative stars I so would!!! The most unfriendly customer service ever!!! I walked in a couple hours ago, an Asian woman was ordering food for her and her daughters, her English was very bad, and was struggling to place her order. The girl taking her order was Vanessa. She was was nice and was trying her best to understand, the other girl working, I don’t know if she is a manager since she was wearing a red shirt, but she was horrible with very unpleasant service. She was annoyed by the Asian lady who was only trying to get something to eat and the girl asked her and her family in the most rude way possible, «CANANYOFYOUSPEAKGOODENGLISH?!» The Asian lady responded in an embarrassed way that none of them knew the language well. When it was my turn she asked me what I wanted and just had an attitude like if she was annoyed about what I wanted in my sandwich! IMPAYINGFORTHEFOOD!!! She left me at the cash register waiting to be charged for a while. The sandwich was bad, I asked for salt and pepper she said she put some but, it was only pepper and btw the lettuce must be changed when it turns brown! Since I am a waitress, and I know customer service myself, I can say this is the worse way to welcome customers. So please either train her the right way or hire someone new!

One of the worst subways in the area. I’ll say this nicely: LOTSOFWIERDOSOUTSIDE. The employees seriously have the NOCARE attitude. I had to keep repeating because the guy had no memory whatsoever. Then they were arguing when I was trying to pay. PASS!

I always find this subway to be decent. Never had much of an issue with the Staff. Erlick, who is usually wearing the«Person in Charge» button is super friendly.

By far the worst Subway restaurant I have been to! The inside was nice… your typical Subway however the quality of food and employees are what bring the ratings down. The employees weren’t too bad but they definitely could have been friendlier. What really brought it down was the quality of food though. The bread was hard like it had been overcooked and left crumbs everywhere. Then I went to get a drink from the soda fountain and the only things that worked were the juices, and even then they tasted funny. The Sprite nozzle didn’t even work and the other sodas were out of soda water, so it was pure syrup. Gross! And it’s not like they had just run out of soda water and didn’t have time to replenish it because they were so busy, there were only a few customers there and one employee was even in the back. Needless to say I will most likely not return to this Subway. I will drive to the one on Santa Monica Blvd or on Highland. Both have way better quality and friendly employees.
