I have been a client of Suncrest cleaners for approximately three years. What amazes me is there ability to remove any stain that I bring to there attention. The clothes I receive back are spotless, smell wonderful and pressed like new. To me that is the most important. But the staff is also very courteous, respectful, and when in a time crunch they will rush my clothes back asap. As we all know, life is very busy nowadays and when you need something back asap, its nice to know that you have a cleaners that understand todays world.

I went here once, the first and LAST time. I brought in a brand new white dress that I got a spot of guacamole on. I didn’t fuss with the spot at all, I took it in the very next day. When I picked it up, the spot was still there, and the surface of it was rough when you ran your finger over it. It was like it had NOT been cleaned. The clerk, SAMET, said «we can’t guarantee stains,» which I said of course I understand that, but this wasn’t grape juice or red wine. It was a spot of guac. I paid $ 9.50 for a dirty dress and he said, if you take it to another cleaner and they get it out, let me know. So I did take it to another cleaner. They did get it out. First try. I went back to SAMET with my receipt of $ 9.50 and showed him the stain was removed and he said, oh, well we tried. I asked to be reimbursed my $ 9.50 and he said no. I couldn’t believe that he wouldn’t do the right thing. He totally lost a future customer and I was super super disappointed. I won’t go there again. And others, beware…

This is the best cleaners I’ve ever been to. The results are terrific and the service is superior. For example, I took 10 shirts in to be laundered. I left $ 60 in one of the pockets. Sam called me to let me know about my money and that they would keep it for me until I picked up my shirt. Thanks for going the extra mile!

This place is by far one of the best cleaners I have been to. Granted, they seem a little pricey on some the women’s clothing, but for men’s this is hands down the fastest and reliable cleaners in Hollywood. Plus, the guys who work there are super nice!
