Worst company ever.
Found them on CL. Checked out their website. Then Unilocal.Everything seemed good. Called and made a appointment on a Friday for services Monday. Confirmed the appointment with Marianne.
I was scheduled for a 1030 appointment. At 1050 I called and spoke with rep who informed me the appointment window was between 1030 to 1130. Which is understandable. 1200 comes. I call to find out if they were running late. The rep stated they «never set up a appointment». And «I don’t remember speaking to you «. After going back and forth on the phone. She then told me they can do it another day BUT she was trying to have me pay a higher price. In addition to this, the rep stated «just call a different cpmpany»
Before I ended the phone call I asked the rep for her name, she then replied «why». My reason I just wanted to thank her for her time but instead this company proved to be unprofessional and not trustworthy.

I hate that I have to give this company any stars. I cannot rate them on the quality of their cleaning because unfortunately after I made my appointment I received a call back informing me that the manager does not want to service my house because apparently customers do not pay in my area. I live in an affluent but predominantly black neighborhood. I am incredibly appalled and offended by this racist company and will be reporting them to the BBB for their discriminatory practices.

I really like this company for their customer service. Today, one of the machines broke down, so the technician had to cancel. However, he offered to come back and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Thanks a lot, I will definitely keep coming back because of the great service.

Received great, friendly service from this company. They quickly scheduled an appointment, came out next day all the way to my rental property in Palmdale and thoroughly cleaned my carpet and floors. Thank you so much, excellent work guys!
