Best Bagels in West Islip and with friendly service. The line can get long but it’s worth it.

The bagels are ok, nothing great, and whomever makes the egg sandwiches always messes them up for us. The orders are written down correctly, but either the bagels get switched so the sandwiches are on the wrong bagel, or there is ketchup on sandwiches that shouldn’t have it, or the whole sandwich is completely wrong. If you want an egg sandwich, go somewhere else.

Excellent bagels! Plus the place is very clean and there’s a nice area to sit and eat (not like the other bagel shops in West Islip.) Got a mix of 15 bagels. My girls loved them! Plus the line moved fast and the people that work their are friendly. Great place!

Best bagels in town, worst chopped salads in town.
Go for breakfast! Tons of bagels and cream cheese selections — they’re awesome.
Chopped salads are lacking — you never actually get what you asked for in it but some sort of random selection of veggies that they choose for you (why?). Takes forever to get as well.

Great bagels but if you want an egg sandwich be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more. Ponderous for something that takes 2 minutes to cook. Also they have no idea what over easy is. This is a review of going there occasionally over the last few years. I keep forgetting how poor they are at egg sandwiches.

Best flagel I’ve ever had. The employees are super friendly too. There’s a reason this place has a lot of regulars. The red-​head helped me when I went in this summer and she’s the sweetest, most hard-​working employee I’ve ever seen! Definitely check them out if you’re visiting NY for some bagels, or if you just want to experience great customer service.

Pretty terrible service, had to wait to be served while they took two other people saw it happen to another group as well, not sure what the method to their mantra is. Food was OK, not worth the aggravation.
