My wife and I just finished using Scotts carpet and got great carpet at a very good price. You deal directly with the owner when doing business. During installation Scotts wife and business partner showed up, she is very warm and friendly but was their to make sure that the installation goes properly and that the customer is satisfied. Great doing business with them.

Thought it would be easy to get carpet from them after 1st meeting at showroom with Co Owner, but when man (Scott?) came to measure he told me he had to add more money to estimate and was a bit aggressive when I questioned it. (I would have paid more but whats wrong with negotiating?) After he spoke over me and asked him if I would get a chance to talk he slammed his book closed and said «I’m going to give you your deposit back» mumbled some f bombed laced comments on his way out my door. Lots of work on Long Island with the storm damage but that wont last forever. Would not recommend using this company.
