Jiffy Lube

I went here for a simple oil change, and I come to find out that they slack on the work that they claim to do. I was told that my fluids would be topped off, and they only did half of them. But was vocally told they filled all of them. Even on my receipt they state they filled and topped off all my fluids. I’ve been going to jiffy lube for years, and to find this out is super annoying. Makes me question how often this actually happens. And that I’m lied too.

I came here during my lunch to avoid waiting for 45 minutes at 5:30. It worked. They pulled me in immediately. I was getting my emissions checked. The car failed because my check engine light was on. I took the car to a diagnostics place and they got it shut off since it was an error. Jiffy Lube said I could come back and get it retested for free. So that’s what I’m doing now and I got in immediately, and the guy is coming to tell me we’re good. No charge. 12 minutes. Good in my book.

We pulled up and someone was there to greet us. The service was fast and amazing. They accepted my coupon even though I was having a hard time finding it on my phone. They also helped us so that we can get a coupon in the mail for next time.

I do not recommend this place for emissions and safety. Expect to spend one hour doing the simple state required service. They will put you behind several oil change vehicles and you’ll wait. They make it seem like you’ll go right through their emissions and inspections line but it is a lie. They move my vehicle behind three others and I waited well over an hour, I will never go back

I pulled up and hadn’t even applied my brakes when this blonde lad named Tyler ran up to my car asking what they could help me with. After I told him what I was in there for, they were Johnny on the spot about everything (I am using this language so anyone under 30 has to ask their parents what I am saying). I think it took them an entire 15 minutes to change my oil, emissions and inspect my car, wash the windows, vacuum my car, and get me on the road again. The Regional Manager showed up while I was there and I spoke with him (what a swell guy he turned out to be). They were so efficient and friendly I thought they were going to offer me a «handy» while I waited.
If you want service done in 2 shakes of a lamb’s tail then swing on by and tell them the fat bald guy sent you in for the «happy ending service» you will leave with a smile.

I usually go to Walmart because they are inexpensive and I can shop with my kids while waiting but stopping here at this Jiffy Lube has changed my mind forever. These guys are fast and professional and they really know what they’re doing. They do a courtesy check and just let you know what needs to be looked at for the future. They are so friendly and the customer service is above all the rest. If you need a go to place for your oil change… It’s the jiffy lube on 90^th and redwood rd:) Happy customer!

The service here is outstanding. They are very quick even when bogged down with business. I use to be a wal mart customer and would wait an hour for an oil change with no one ahead of me. Jiffy lube has been very busy and gets me out in 25 minutes. You cannot beat there customer service. I highly recommend them.
