Stopped by this store to look at updating our phones. Even though we came in 1 hour before closing Neomi was EXCELLENT in answering all of our questions and gave some great suggestions on phone upgrades. We ended up purchasing 2 phones that really fit our needs. She was patient in explaining the benefits of each upgrade and the phone specifications to us! Neomi listened to what we wanted and made sure we were taken care of! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She transferred all of our data and made sure our phones were up and running before we left the store!
