Need to work on ordering screen. Asks for locator number. What is that and why do they need it.

I can only vouch for the drive thru at night, but I haven’t had any problems. Haven’t had an other that was messed up(yet) and little things like asking for no pickles, they always remember. The food is fresh, not soggy or overcooked. The cashiers listen very well, and are prompt and have a good attitude. One thing that I’ve noticed is they are slower than usual at getting people their food to the point that I’ve heard the cashiers ask for other car’s order or ask if they’ve been helped yet while my window is down.

The inside of this place is so disgusting. It’s incredibly dirty. There were soda stains everywhere on the floor and napkins and lids all over the floor. I didn’t even want to eat in inside. Other than how disgusting the place was it was decent.

Customer service is dead. I’m not a big fan of eating at McDonald’s in general, but I don’t recommend this location. Fast food is meant to be fast. At this location, the staff forces you to use their automated ordering system. I don’t eat here enough to learn their menu. I don’t want to swipe through multiple menus to get do a hamburger, nonetheless three more to find fries. Think of it like trying to find your way through someone else’s iPad. You can do it, but finding the app/food item you want takes longer. Looking at the fingerprints all over the screen… Time to get a flu shot. Walking up to a counter and asking for a hamburger and fries and paying takes less than a minute. The food was fine. It’s what you’d expect from McDonalds. The staff was very friendly. The review is not intended to be a hit on them as people.
