I have had a lot of phở in my travels and found Phov to be the top of the charts. The Phở House Special is awesome along with fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce. The only down side is I have trouble walking out, stuffed. Thanks PHOV looking fowarded to next time, maybe try something different we will see.

I came here on and off a few times, the location is good if you have errands going on in this area. The décor was definitely a more modern take on the traditional and existing Vietnamese joints in town. The menu was simple enough that everything fit on their wall. The ordering process was a bit different from most Vietnamese places, you just go up and order your food at the counter, pay, and then they bring your food, but they will also come by and refill your drinks every now and then. The V wings were probably the best item to get here, just enough fish sauce for the Vietnamese flavor. Other items here were a different story. Cha Gio(egg rolls) and Spring Rolls were just average, both were quite light in terms of the fillings and flavors. Thai Tea was excessively sweet for me. I tried the Phở Dac Biet and Phở V, and the broth suffered similar problem from an unknown odd flavor. Green Tea Waffle was more of a gimmick dish, since there really was nothing special about it aside from the green color, and the waffle was just bland and soft in the green. My friend got the Bahn Mi, and she did not like it either. Phở V tried to spin the traditional Vietnamese from a modern view, but the execution was a bit poor. The food was just mediocre at best. The atmosphere is still good for hanging out I suppose. Service had been friendly here.

I’ve been here several times over the past few months and have not had a bad experience yet. It’s not upscale at all, but it’s a nice, clean establishment and a great bang for your buck. The phở is good: the broth is flavorful and I have never felt like it was too greasy(mentioned in a couple of reviews), the add-ins are fresh, and the portions are large. I also enjoy the boba smoothies, particularly the taro flavor.

The phở was delicious and the service was wonderful and quick. If you want a quick and easy lunch/dinner this is the place to go. We also had their rice dish which was filled with flavor. Definitely a must try!

Another wonderful meal at Phở V! We had friends with us and ordered an assortment of sandwiches(curry chicken, sunny side up and a beef steak one), Phở and a noodle dishes. Also ordered the fresh spring rolls. We all shared and everything was terrific. Fresh tasting, flavorful and delish. Even our little one enjoyed it. Finished our Meal with green waffles, a perfect ending. Our friends were from out of town but declared this our go-to dinner place when they’re in town. We will keep coming back more often than that.

If I’m taking out I go with the N3(noodles, bbq pork, fried spring roll) or the C3(rice bbq pork, fried spring roll, sunny side up egg). If I’m eating in it’s a P7(phở w/everything + tripe). The fresh spring rolls, v wings, green waffles, and Thai tea are all amazing. I hate writing reviews but this place has been good enough and consistent enough to warrant a little bit of love.

Best Thai food in all of Utah. I’ve never been disappointed! Service is always wonderful and fast.

Service as good food was eh… I ordered the phở v(house special) it was missing flavors or something. I had a boba smoothie but they were out of bobas so they replaced them w some mango fruit jellies. I tried the fried spring rolls, those were really good ! I don’t ‘t think I’ll return any time soon though.

Broth was very sweet not many noodles. The egg rolls were smashed somehow. Do not think I want to return, after so many threats in the first place and now mediocre food.

I’ll start by saying I’ve tried a lot of Phở places in the valley, and this is in my top two. However, it’s my favorite for veggie phở. I’ve mostly done call-in order though I have eaten in there once. The food is excellent and the price isn’t bad either. Try the Bahn Mi if you’re not feeling soup, or start out with the wings! It’s a different flavor but definitely worth getting. I also have to mention how awesome the staff is. The order is always ready right when they say it will be, and they’ve always packed the food well when I’ve picked up multiple orders, and offer to help me out to my car. There are phở places closer to my house, but I will happily continue to go here.

Pros: Nice, clean place They cook the phở in an open space so you can see Cons: Food is a 2.5 for me. Maybe their other stuff are better than what I had ordered We tried the following: 1. Phở tai $ 7.50 regular Phở flavoring was not so fragrant. It needed more soices. Perhaps they can try roasting ginger, cinnamon stick, onion and add to broth. Either they did not add enough or did not roast thevspices lo mg enough. Side salad did not have the normal basil and ngo gai, essentials of a phở bowl 2.5÷5 stars 2. Bun bo hue, The good: they asked if you want it spicy or mild The bad: flavors were lacking. Bun bo hue is complicated to make and it is rare for a restaurant to get it right. Would we return? Maybe when they have perfected their recipes

This review is for their phở only. We didn’t order anything else Clean, neat, fast service. You walk in, order at the register and pay for it before sitting down. The server there was very attentive and nice. Our food came out within 5 minutes. Now on to the phở: the regular size is pretty small, the amount of rare steak is not quite as abundant comparing to the other small size phở bowl at other places I’ve been. The large size seems 1.5x bigger. The rare steak tastes soft and yummy, the broth was not too oily but my tongue feels tingly afterwards so I’m not sure that’s the msg or the hoisin/siracha I put in there… My husband said the phở was pretty good but not like«wow!» And I agree. It was alright. Not bad but not superb either. I would try out another phở place before I come here again.

The phở here is V bomb! I got the Phở V special and broth was flavorful and meat was tender. I would definitely order any of their phở again. My only regret was also ordering the cold cut banh mi. What a disappointment. Bread was stale and they opted to not toast the bread. The cold cuts were so thinly sliced and so few that I could barely taste it in between all the bread. There was also a lot of cilantro stems hanging loose. There are definitely better banh mi options in Utah like Oh Mai and All Chay so go for those! I love the ordering system here. Big menu on the wall with optional laminated menus if you feel like sitting down and taking your time. You pay at the counter so there’s no wasting time after your meal. The fast casual dining scene is definitely hitting Vietnamese cuisine and I love it! Even though Phở V is a bit out of my way I would drive the distance to grab good phở. I will definitely give their other dishes a try next time around.

I’ve been here numerous times and can’t seem to stay away. This is by far the best Phở place I’ve had in Utah. As soon as you walk in, there’s a huge menu on the wall. Then you walk up, make your order, grab a seat, chat a bit and before you know it, your order is ready(they’ll bring it to you.). This is what we always order: Large #7 —(House Special) Regular #1 —(Special) Phở V Wings —(This is a MUST!) Green Waffles Thai Tea Fried Egg Rolls(Occasionally) The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The service is A++. Everyone is so friendly. Everything we have order has been never been a disappointment.

I’ve liked everything that I’ve tried here. My favorite is definitely their phở! They have good prices and large portions with fast friendly service. They have a small menu packed with great dishes. There chicken wings are different then any I’d tried before but I really liked them! Spring rolls are scrumptious! Phở is mouth watering! Vermicelli is yummy! However their sandwiches are like a mouth full of bread. There’s other stuff in there that tastes great it’s just that the bread to filling ratio could be better. Other wise a great restaurant that I go to frequently.

This place was great. The staff was super friendly. It has a casual atmosphere. The menu has some classic Vietnamese food as well as some other Asian influences. Everything they made for me was custom. They make tofu spring rolls if you just ask. The bread was out, so I had the K.S.R. on noodles. Yummy. Then for the drink a white tea avacado shake. Sounds weird, looks weird, tastes amazing.

The broth this last visit was phenomenal! It was a rainy night so that could account for the craving and satisfaction. I went with the Phở Dac Biet. So good! I think I prefer the soup cause there isn’t too much for an overpowering flavor and it is far from bland. Portion size was okay, I feel it’s a little less than most places. $ 7.50 for the regular size and $ 8.50 for the large. The Chicken Wings are also a must try! Perfect crunch with a sweet and salty glaze. Coconut Waffles are also great here if you have room for it after your meal! They have weekend specials such as Bun Bo Hue or Bun Rieu(is that how you spell it?). Order when you walk in and choose a table while you wait for you food. Service is an A+! Definitely recommended.

I’m always on the lookout for great phở, and I was excited when a foodie friend suggested we meet here for lunch. I ordered the salad rolls and the steak phở, and the prices were quite reasonable. The salad rolls are proper, with pork and shrimp inside, though I only wish they’d come with more peanut dipping sauce. I loved how fresh they were! My phở was very good — the broth was flavorful, the steak tender, and the accoutrements(thai basil, lime, and bean sprouts) were extremely fresh. I like to add a lot of hoisin to my phở and a little sriracha, both of which were plentiful. It wasn’t the best phở I’ve ever had, but I don’t really have any complaints about it. Solidly good, and I’d recommend it if you’re in the area.

I know I’m giving them their first non 5 star review. I don’t know if it was a bad day or what. Came here for lunch with some friends. It wasn’t crowded at all. Between the three of us, we ordered the spring rolls, V wings, com ksr(rice with Korean short ribs), phở and banh mi bo luc lac(Vietnamese sandwich with shaken beef) Spring rolls: I didn’t take a picture of these. There’s nothing note worthy about them. Really thin pieces of pork with some shrimp, vermicelli noodles and veggies. V wings: These were good. All three of us like these. These might have a little fish sauce in them but not too much that it is over powering. This is one thing that I do recommend getting here Com ksr: when these came out, we all looked at it, and I was thinking did they mess up this order. The meat didn’t look like Korean short ribs to me. I had the waiter go ask the cook. He said it was Korean BBQ. So, I think they should correct the menu since it’s not short ribs. It looked more like bulgogi. My friend ate it and said the meat the meat was chewy. Phở: My friend ordered this. She wasn’t a fan. She said that it had too much of a clove flavor and she would rather go get phở at Gossip or Phở Saigon. I tried a taste of the broth. It was ok. Nothing noteworthy to me. I ordered the banh mi. I didn’t order the phở V dip since I had a similar phở banh mi dip at Xiao in California and Oh Mai. At Oh Mai you can get the phở banh mi with a side of broth if you ask. I was so excited to see that they had a bo luc lac(shaken beef) banh mi cause I was thinking to make it myself, and make it into a Vietnamese breakfast sandwich. I was thinking to myself, now I dont have to make it since they have it here. After trying it, I still think I need to make it myself. Their banh mi was soft; it had no crunch to it. I would rather go to Oh Mai or Mai Bun Mee for Vietnamese sandwiches instead. Their bo luc lac wasn’t even the best I’ve had. It was ok. Overall, their food is mediocre. If you’re in the area and want Vietnamese food, go and get it, but it doesn’t satisfy your craving, or it didn’t for my friends and I. If you’re going to go here, I recommend getting the V wings and their Thai tea. That’s it for now. Unless I try something else that’s better. A plus here, is that the staff is very nice though.

I’m back again and holy ****. The phở dip, baguette sandwich to dip in their phở broth. Is AMAZING. A Vietnamese version of a French dip per say but I can’t explain it. It’s so soft and delicious. Like biting into a cloud, the meat quality is unbelievable. A must try. Ask to take it the jalapeños if you’re not into spicy.
