Terrible service, terrible document management. I had something printed that I needed for a meeting that night and called ahead telling them I was on my way and they agreed to stay for me. I got there right at 6:30 and they were closing the door, refusing to go back and let me pick up my documents. Other times they had formatting issues with their older version of Microsoft office and not having documents ready at the requested times (which was weird, considering I walked in and the two «youths» –as Schmidt would say– that were running the place were sitting there watching videos and texting when I had sent the files 6 hours earlier). They told me I needed to send them sooner. Something tells me that wouldn’t have helped. Rant over.
