So disappointed. My husband and I eat at Wingstop weekly, and more often than not, a portion of our order is made incorrectly. Usually we let it go but tonight our entire order was made wrong. Since it was a pick up order and we noticed when we got home, I called the store to ask for my money to be refunded. The manager was extremely rude and acknowledged that our order was made wrong, and refused to refund my money. Since I was not about to drive 25 – 30 minutes in traffic to go in and have a new order made, I was very disappointed. This is the only place my husband and I eat out at weekly, and we are recognized at the store for coming in so much. The manager acknowledged that in our conversation and was still rude and hung up on me. Not a way to keep any business alive!

! I love wings more than anything but after this experience I don’t think I will be craving them for awhile. When we walked in we should have just walked out. I will say the wings were HOT in temperature and they stayed that way all the way til the last bite. That’s about the only good thing that came from this experience. The fries were weird and every once in awhile I got a hint of sugar. The fries were cold, old, and soggy. The veggie tray was good, but it’s hard to mess up cutting vegetables. The baked beans were good but defiantly right out of a can. We tried the Parmesan garlic was which a deep fried Wing sprinkled with fake Parmesan, no hints of garlic whatsoever. We also tried the Louisiana Rub which is a 3⁄5 on their heat scale. More like a 2⁄5. If something has three flames under its name I expect it to leave a little burn on my tongue and have me reaching for a beer. This was a big disappointment. The other flavor was Lemmon pepper, meh. The grease from the wings had ran off the seasoning on this one. To top off the experience when we asked where we could get some napkins the lady who served us our food turned her back to me, and walked away pointing at the SINGLE roll of «paper towels» that was in the common soda area. I can’t even call them paper towels because it was a roll of that harsh brown«paper towels» we all know from kindergarten art time. Wings are messy people, give me a damn napkin or at least my own napkin dispenser. I won’t bother going back and I will stick to Trolly Wing Company, that’s a real wing!

Came here on Monday and got severely sick that night. I know it was this place because it was the only thing I ate and ended up being super sick about 10 hours later. Check your sauces and dressings. Food was cold so I’m sure that was an issue. I should have been smarter. Yuck never going back.

This place was a great find. After eating awful wings at other places, it was nice to eat some better wings here. Spent $ 40 for 40 wings with veggies and fries. I ordered regular«hot» which was not too hot but the way I like hot. Also I ordered some«atomic» which were no question very very hot. And some garlic Parmesan which were tasty but a lil bit greasy for my taste. Overall the food was very good here. The service was friendly and my large order came out in only 17 – 18 minutes. Happy with Wingstop… coming back again!

My office does lunch together on Fridays. We decided to give this place a try. Let me start by saying the food is absolutely delicious! The boneless wings are perfectly crispy. I’ve tried the garlic parmesan and hickory smoked wings, and I absolutely loved them. We were excited when we saw we could order online. We ordered at 11:54am and received a confirmation email saying it would be ready to pick up at 12:30pm. I went to pick up our order, along with 2 other girls in the office. When we arrived there was only 1 person on the register, so we ended up waiting in line to pick up our to go order. Which was fine since there were only 4 people in front of us. When we got to the register the guy said our food would be ready in a few minutes. At 12:45 we asked again if our food would be ready soon. They told us they didn’t have a time frame. We noticed the people around us that were waiting, also hadn’t gotten their orders. One guy ended up leaving without even getting his food because they were taking so long. We finally got our order at 1:03pm. We hurried back to the office since we were really running late. When we got there we realized they hadn’t give us all of our ordered food. One of the girls in the office called to complain about the poor, slow, service. She talked to someone who claimed to be the general manager and he told her that the only way he would comp the missing food was if we returned all of the food. When she told him that was unacceptable as the people who had gotten their food were eating it, he told her that was too bad. He wasn’t coming any of our food. She let him know we would be giving the place a bad review and would not return. He responded that he didn’t care and hung up on her.

Wingstop is FIRE!!! I have no doubts in trying other flavors, but I literally only get the Louisiana Rub classic wings. They are probably the best wings I’ve had. The flavors are so on point, and I usually get the cajun fries and ranch along with it. Sweet tea is good too when it’s iced. Bomb!

I haven’t been to wing stop in years. I’m glad to see them in Utah. The wings are great and location is easy to get to on 90th south. The combos seems like the best values but they also had a 60 cent wing special on Mondays.

Yummmmmm! I loved Wingstop when I lived in Colorado so I was happy to see one pop up over here. I love these wings! They are fried to s perfect crisp. I really hate battered wings. Give me that crispity crunchy skin any day. I’m a huge fan of their lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan rubs. I get those two every time. Their fries are enormous portions and easily shareable. I love the seasoning on them, a good mix of salty and sweet. For some reason, I remembered them being kind of expensive but I was pleasantly surprised to find a 10 wing combo with fries and a drink to be $ 10. That’s a steal!

This is the first time when they say the wings are hot, they are actually hot. The wing were good they were cook very well very crispy and tasty. I had the atomic and Cajun they had a great taste and they were HOT. El gringo had the garlic Parmesan they were cook well and tease good but needed a little more garlic. The fries can use a little more seasoning but over all really good wings.

YUM! My boyfriend and I live in the heart of Salt Lake City but drove all the way to West Jordan just to pick up these babies. I had never tried them before but he swore they were the best wings around. He was right! I got the garlic parmesan and the mango habanero, he got the garlic parmesan and the cajun. All were so amazing! My very favorite was the mango habanero… I could drink the sauce it was so good. When I went to pick up the order the staff was really nice too, very thorough repeating the order over the phone twice and again when i arrived. They were so kind and helpful! I will be back next time I have a wing craving… prob in like 2 days haha. —Oh i forgot to mention the fries… those are GREAT! There is something sweet about them but i can’t put my finger on it. I couldn’t stop eating them.

You won’t go wrong with the chicken here. I’m surprise they have one in Utah… Good food friendly stuff and great price!!! They even offered me to try some of the flavors now that’s service with a smile!!! I always get the 10 piece combo with 5 lemon pepper and the Hawaiian or the teriyaki!!! I wish you all the best!!! Hope you grow!!!

I love wings. Usually the major drawback to wings is the ridiculous prices they run. Not so at Wingstop, you actually get a combo meal including fries and a drink, with two different flavors and 12 wings for $ 10 ish bucks. Cant beat that quantity at this quality.

This place has raised the bar for chicken wings in Utah. I thought I knew what a decent chicken wing tasted like, but alas, I have been mislead by the subpar chicken wing joints of my home state. And although the betrayal stings, finally experiencing a truly tasty chicken wing for the first time makes up for this somber realization. According to the friendly manager we chatted with when we placed our order, Wingstop is a franchise based out of Texas. Her southern drawl and charming hospitality quickly confirmed this assertion. We tried an order of lemon pepper, Louisiana rub and original hot wings. The wings are meaty and filling and all were spectacular. Tender, juicy chicken in the center with a nice crunch on the outside, even on the messy original hot sauce wings, which usually gets lost in the sauce. Perfect flavoring in each. The lemon pepper was definitely my favorite. Veggie sticks and ranch and blue cheese dressings made a light side that cooled off the heat from the original hot wings and Louisiana rub. All orders are made fresh(no heat lamps or microwaves), so be prepared to wait longer than you might normally expect. It is worth the wait! I only wish they had table service because it would make for a great sit-down dining experience. Of course, I can’t complain about the lower tab that comes with a walk-up order. We live in Salt Lake, but will definitely be making return trips for these delectable chicken wings.

Wing Stop is a franchise chain just breaking into Utah(along with seemingly a million other fried chicken places like Zaxby’s, Popeye’s and others). However, this place does have a formula going for it which is fresh very fresh stuff and great rubs/sauces. So as stated before, the chicken is smaller(even the boneless) than at say a place like Wing Coop or others but has the texture of being fried in a pressurized frier(which makes everything more crisp and less greasy). A basket of 10 wings will fill up a big guy(6’4″, 215 lbs) with fries. The staff is very friendly and gave us sit down restaurant-esque recommendations on what to order. Try the sauces but remember that some will come out as a sauce, some will come out more like a rub. I got the Louisiana something or other(very good) and was a good contrast against the Hickory Bourbon(also very good). Fries were also delicious!

The best! The staff there are awesome and friendly. Lemon pepper is what I would recommend, fries are delicious as well! Prices are decent and they do have specials, I was pleased with the size of the wings. Totally worth trying if you’re in the mood for wings.

Probably the happiest camper when I heard about one opening in Utah. When I would go to California or Las Vegas, I actually looked forward to going to Wing Stop at least once amongst the many other places I plan to go to. The spicier, the better. Of course my first go-to sauce would be the Atomic. But this could be too spicy for many. I also like Cajun, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan. I look forward to trying the other flavors. Another plus, their French fries are amazing! I believe they add a little sugar which is bad but makes for the best flavor! This is probably surprising to most, but I personally prefer Wing Stop over all of the other chicken wing places. Their wings seem to be more of the authentic buffalo wings we all grew up enjoying.

Yes! Wingstop now in Utah. I loved this place when I lived in the Reno Sparks area. Glad we finally have one in West Jordan. They have a very good selection of wing flavors and i recommended really just to try them all.
