After reading other reviews was expecting the worst. Was quoted 45 min for my pizza and wings. Driver showed up about 50 mins he was very nice and apologized said the other driver was involved in a fender bender and he had to grab our pizza from him and bring it out. I believed him because the pizza looked like it had been shaken. It was hot and still good. After the driver left I received a call from the manager who was very apologetic and gave me a credit for the pizza. Was pleased with how they handled the situation only bad thing was the look of the pizza but accidents happen and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy

Worst pizza place ever. Only one word to say. Racist place in South Jordan so far. Best pizza it’s frozen from Walmart or you make it in your own.

Waited two hours for cold pizza to be delivered. No one wanted it or liked it even after heating it up in the microwave.
Called to speak with a manager and put on hold for 15 mins to wait only to have the person immediately hangup before getting to talk to the manager. Called back and again put on hold for another 10 – 15 mins to finally speak to a manager. Asked for a refund, but they demanded we bring in the delivered pizzas back.
This is Poor Customer Service!
If they couldn’t fulfill the order in reasonable time, they should have canceled the order. They’ve lost my business

These chumps CANNOT get anything right!!! 90mins for two lousy pizzas??? Their continual screwing-up of orders and persistent awful service and incompetence is astounding!!! Someone has got to do something here!!! Do. Not. Order. Dittly-Squat from this store!!!

Waited almost an hr for 1 pizza. Delivery guy literally ran away and didnt give change back while I was talking to my friend. Didnt say anything, when I turned around he was gone. Gave himself a $ 6 tip for a $ 14 pizza. Wont be ordering from this location anymore.
