Pros:
awesome parking garage, very nice and cosy two bedrooms/​floor plans, free internet, nice management
Cons:
Over priced, no amenities, noisy, thin walls and sealing roofs, bad quality entrance locks/​doors, water quality is worse here compared to the surrounding neighborhoods

Redmond, WA
I stayed here when the complex first opened, over a decade ago. They were overpriced for the area, but had a great location with good management and a responsive maintenance crew. The one thing that kinda sucked was that as the building filled up they felt like they didn’t need to provide the same level of service, which caused them to cut back amenities and shorten the hours they were there, eventually eliminating the weekend hours.
But even with that downside, it was pretty nice. If this place were priced like other apartments in the area, I’d give it 4 or 5 stars, but I’m not sure it’s worth the cost.
