Walgreens

I normally would not write commend about drugstore experience. But I think I want to take sometime to write about my amazing experience in Walgreens today. It took me a week to do this trip today, cause I am going to take some advantages with my printed coupon, in store coupon along with the buy one get one 50%off sales in Walgreens this week. When I walk in the store, I received the biggest smile from the staff in blue shirts which make my day. The lady in the cosmetic check out counter very patient help me to stack my coupon, when she observed what I put in the basket, she even help me to find more in store coupon to take more discount. Super nice and super friendly, no embarrass using coupon at all! Definitely go back and I don’t understand why the rate is so low on Unilocal

Transferring all of our prescriptions from this Walgreens. The workers are incompetent and have messed up 4 prescriptions in the last 2 months.
We were going there for my wife’s diabetic supplies and they just could not get it right even though the test strips, lancets, etc. are prepackage on a shelf and just need a script label printed.
Last straw was dropping a prescription off at 11AM and being told it was in stock. Coming back at 5PM and they could not find it — had not been entered in the computer and paperwork was lost on the counter where the technician had left it. When they did find it and enter it in the computer I was told it was out of stock.
Total fail.

Avoid getting prescriptions filled here at all cost. The pharmacy workers are grossly incompetent. You can call and they will say that your prescription will be ready in an hour. Show up after 2 hours and it will not be ready. You will wait and wait. I’m suspicious this is a scam to get you to buy other stuff there while you’re waiting.

This walgreens is a ok store. As for walgreens. it is not the best. The pharmacy department always has trouble with my perscriptions and slow. But overall, a good store and I keep going there because it is close to my house and 24 hours.

The staff is always helpful and you get fast service.
