Clean Carpets USA lied in their ad, the owner promised a refund, but he never sent one. Here’s what happened.
In January 2012, I purchased Clean Carpet USA’s Groupon for $ 59. In March, the owner of the company, Gady, came to our home to do the cleaning. The next day, my wife and I looked at the carpet and noticed it wasn’t very clean. It turned out he did a «dry cleaning.» They promised a «hot water extraction.» That’s not what they did. After a lot of complaining, Gady finally promised a full refund. He never sent it. And he won’t respond to my messages.
I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I would highly recommend Clean Carpets USA to anyone wanting a dependable, locally owned and operated company with great prices. I heard about this service from a friend who had her home’s air ducts cleaned and carpets done, so I gave them a call for an estimate. The guy who came out was very nice and friendly and the price he gave me was great. I scheduled carpet cleaning for the same week and I was amazed at the results. My carpets looked like new. The technician was clean and thorough and on time. I’m going to have them back to do my air ducts. A+!
