Woken up at 6 am to a man banging as hard as he could on my door and yelling«Wake up! It’s time for school» as loud as he could. He did this to multiple rooms around mine. I called the front office and they said they didn’t see or hear anyone but that there was a trucker school there. For the next 45 minutes we had to listen to that man’s loud mouth. The room itself was a mess. See my pictures. They speak for themselves. Red Roof Inn should be ashamed to have this location as a part of its franchise. Everyone is right in their reviews of how awful this hotel is.

Toilet didn’t flush. Window didn’t open. Tub drain was actually left removed on the floor when we checked in. Water didn’t really heat up. Air conditioning seemed to fail shortly after arrival. Wi-fi didn’t work at all. Walls are paper-thin. Front desk lady was extremely rude. Should have slept in car. Would not recommend this location.

Stop here as we traveling back home from Little Rock The room was clean, the rate was slightly high for a Sunday night, my only complain was the housekeepers were very very loud and the were also replacing the beds I couldn’t sleep any longer because of all the noise… It was a low down dirty shame… LOUDRADIO and STAFF chatting Please be considerate to people who are driving 16 hrs to get home… shhhh

This hotel was yucky and scary. We stayed there one night, driving home from a funeral in West Virginia. My mom has stayed there during her drives cross-country because it’s right off the highway and takes dogs. She said it’s fine… but it’s not. It’s in a scary area, right by a casino and an empty lot where God knows what takes place. We had the following issues with our room: 1)The deadbolt was broken 2) The outlets were broken, so that cords wouldn’t stay plugged in on any of the outlets. The lights kept flickering, and the TV didn’t work properly. 3) Room was dirty– bugs in the bathroom(dead). I didn’t see any obvious dirt/hair/stains on the sheets or bedding, but they smelled musty and funky. 4) «Continental» breakfast consisted of a dozen mediocre donuts, coffee, and juice. Better than nothing… but not by much. This hotel made me wish desperately that I travelled with a gun.

Man this place was a real shithole, would have skipped it of I wasn’t exhausted from driving 12 hours. Front desk, Skeezy. Get into room, the shower has been left on. Water everywhere. Stained, dirty, smelly bedding. I unpacked my dirty clothes and laid them out on the bed to sleep on, and kept my clothes and shoes on that id been driving in all day. Too scared to use shower or towels. I’m not exaggerating, it really is that bad.

All I can say is, if you really need a place to stay for the night please just sleep in your car!!! I always travel around the US with my dogs. This night I check into the Red Roof at 11 pm. After getting my key to the room, went to the room and all I saw was dirty carpet, bathroom, and then there was hair all in bed sheets. I went to the desk and the clerk could only say was she will give me another room. If I was not so tired I would continue on the road. Going to the room I looked only at the bed. But I set the alarm for only four hours of sleep. I almost ran out of the room went it went off! This inn is a complete nightmare. If you are reading this please keep driving…
