I ordered online for delivery. When my order arrived the pizza was still steaming hot! The website had the options for light sauce, cheese… half side ingredients and cooked extra. I like when I have the options to make it my way. Since this was my first time ordering I stayed with the default options. I had a medium pizza, it was cut into strips that I couldn’t fold. The crust was delicious though. The sauce was good but a bit heavy handed for my liking. Toppings… pepperoni good, sausage tasty but crumbled and mushrooms canned. Delivery: I didn’t get an email confirmation but the delivery person called when he left to confirm my order. The delivery man appeared with a smile and asked how my day was, kindness and attitude goes a long way when in the customer service business. I will order from here or go to the store the next time I am in town, and order the pizza my way!

I really want to give this place 3 ½ stars because they are a little bit of a hit and miss. The breadsticks are always AMAZING but I normally always get a pepperoni party pizza and I’d say about 40% of the time it’s either a little over cooked or a little undercooked. I’m really not too picky with pizza though. I can say the majority of the time it is a little over cooked. But the last time I was there I got the flip sandwiches, which are very cheap like 3.99 great deal, they were awesome! I got chicken ranchero and the 3 meat recommended by the man on the phone and it was so good!!! I will probably get a flip next time as well. Another bummer though is the last time I got a peach pie it was so underdone I couldn’t eat it. But I ate so much pizza I really didn’t need it anyway lol.

This place was«meh.» Not bad, but not great. Probably wouldn’t pick this place again. Chose this joint based on other Unilocal reviews… not impressed.

Coming to this city starving and no way to get out. Johnnys was a life saver. I order with the expectations to have something good. Something good was what I got. However upon calling the location of which I was at I was a little turned off by the new girl how happened to work the phones that night. She was rather I’ll trained with proper phone etiquette. She was unenthusiastic in her delivery of knowing the product, she played around while on the phone when I inquired about the items I wanted. However outside of the ill trained employee the pizza was the business. Its not too pricey, the rates seem pretty decent. Overall I was very satisfied with the food it’s self, certain staff id say Needed a little more training.

Pizza was great when I finally got it. I ordered delivery over phone and well after an hour I called to check on where the pizza was and they had no order for me even though my credit card was charged. The manager did deliver me a pizza 40 minutes later but almost acted like I was making it up.

Ordered due to high rating. Ordered pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks, received pepperoni pizza and a sausage and ham pizza which were both awesome. Thanks for the mix up Johnny’s

Reviews are great so we decided to check it out! Staff very friendly, clean restaurant, bathroom eh. Pizza was very good, cheese sticks excellent. Their pizza has a thin crust. The windows are tinted which makes it look closed, the first time we drove by I thought maybe they were out of business.

As a native of West Monroe now living in California, I wish we could build a Johnny’s in California. I eat Johnny’s every time I come home to West Monroe and it is consistently good. The staff at this location is pretty nice and the food is great. It seems like the culture that Johnny Huntsman, a family friend of ours, started has stuck around and it’s so nice to see this success. Thanks for always keeping a tradition around as we love your pizza!

If you’re from out of town, you MUST eat Johnny’s pizza!!! You will NOT regret it! I promise! Best pizza I’ve ever eaten. EVER. Even New York. Even Brooklyn. Try the Sweep the Kitchen or the Sweep the Swamp. Or, just the pepperoni, it is amazing.

I’ve never tasted any other pizza like this… and i’ve never had pizza any better. My favorite combinations are hamburger and jalapeño or canadian bacon and mushroom. Johnny’s pizza is to die for!

I’ve been away from Louisiana for about 5 years, and Johnny’s Pizza is the food I miss the most! Nothing is better than getting the lunch buffet and then dipping everything in that cheese sauce!

We came by recommendation of some La folk who consider Johnny’s pizza the best. Being pizza lovers ourselves, we thought we’d give it a whirl. We ate the«Sweep the Kitchen». Verdict, good pizza… flirting with great. Not a bad pit stop for travelers going through Monroe.

Nothing compares to Johnny’s. The party pizza deal is a good value, but a little more TLC goes into the regular orders. You can find cheaper pizza but you can’t find better pizza anywhere around North Louisiana. The cheese sticks rock my face off.

Agreed, Johnny’s is tops when it comes to pizza chains. Zesty sauce and plenty of it(I prefer more sauce) and never too much cheese. And oh man, they do not skimp on the toppings. I usually get black olives, mushrooms, bellpeppers, and/or jalapenos, and the pizza will be completely covered in these(Compare Domino’s, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, which tend to lightly dot their pizzas). Great for pickup or dine-in. Prices are good. Many sides available, including the muffaletta sandwich.

If there is one thing I miss about this one horse town with that paper mill smell it’s Johnny’s Pizza. I now live in the Bay Area and can not find pizza that tastes anything like this. I wish I could find a way to smuggle back their pepperoni pizzas. When I come back to visit, sure I miss my family, friends, etc… BUT first things first, we have to stop at Johnny’s… and I plan to visit here at least 3 times before leaving. There have been times that I would have sold my future unborn child just for a slice of pepperoni pizza from here. So, If you’re ever in Northern La. and you want to taste the best pizza ever, just find any Johnny’s. I’m pretty sure they’re all just as good.
