Been there 3 times. They are generally nice but not very welcoming. On all 3 occasions, I felt like I had to beg for a mani-pedi because they acted like they were the only nail salon around. I live a block away so I loved the convenience. With the exception of one girl, NOONE seemed to really know how to do nails(properly) without hurting people and if you’re getting gel done, it’s very awkward and uncomfortable. I went in there today and decided to take the 30 min wait. After 40 mins a woman walked in spoke Spanish and got a simple 10 min manicure touch-up. She did not have an appointment because little do they know, I understand Spanish. Meanwhile I’m still sitting there. A couple minutes later an old man walked in with his daughter and practically begged(in Spanish) for a mani-pedi and she took them before me as well, allowing me to soak my feet as to give me some assurance that I would be next. I soaked my feet for 20 mins then decided to speak up. The owner’s daughter said because they told me 30 mins she took people before me. Keep in mind, it’s after an hour now. I simple got up, dried my feet off and walked out. I WILL recommend people to this place JUST so they can experience the bullshit service and realize I’m not making this up, lol.

This is the 2nd time I had my nails done here. I did both the regular mani pedi and the colored gel. Both was nicely done. They take the time to make sure everything is perfect :) The hot stome foot massage is awesome

Good Grief, why is this place even in business when 1 block North on the next block is an excellent salon. These are the rudest ladies, they are expensive($ 40 for a pedicure that was horrible when 1 block North you can get a mani/pedi for $ 25). True story: the girl is doing my feet and I said, «can you really get my heels well, they are dry.» She says something in Korean to the other ladies, who are sitting around at rush hour with no other customers which should have told me something, and they say, «Get more money, get more money». I said, «So it’s more money?» She said, «Yes, $ 15 dollar more.» I said, «Just to do my heels?» «Yes». That is always included in pedicures unless you just want a polish change. That would have made the pedicure alone $ 40. Then they wanted to charge me another $ 1 to put on that slick quick dry, where most salons leave that for you to apply for free. When I left, I noticed that my toe was bleeding where she had cut me. Then I saw all my toenails were cut at an angle. Never, ever again.

Have come here several times, clean location and I love a meticulous manicure and pedicure. The first time was great, the second time the owner did my nails and my fingers were sore and raw for 3 days, the third time I went in the owner was about to do my nails and I said something about her hurting me the prior week and she took it easy. That time around the pedicure was done by another woman and she cut my cuticles and made me bleed in a few fingers as well. Today I called and was told they closed at 6, It was 2.5 hrs till closing so I walked there in this horrendous heat only to be told they were closing in 2 hrs and couldn’t accommodate me. That right there was completely unprofessional, I have sent them a lot of business and have returned and given them another chance even after they cut me on 3 separate occasions. When I called they should have informed me that they were busy and couldn’t service me and I wouldn’t have wasted my time walking there in this heat wave. So with that being said I’m not sure I will be returning and giving them my business and I sure as hell am not referring anyone to them anymore either.

Very receptive, meticulous work. I had the best mani pedi I’ve had in NJ. Everyone is nice and the place is clean.

Nothing out of this world. I went with my mother to get a pedicure(we both did) and I was done within 20 minutes while my mothers pedicure took close to 45 minutes. I normally don’t mind waiting if it’s worth it but there was nothing done here that would bring me back. You could tell the young ladies who did the pedicures were very inexperienced. One couldn’t apply the Polish and the other couldn’t file nails evenly. I also come to find out by other customers(personal friends) that someone got a toenail infection — after I got my pedicure. I can be honest and say so far no infection infection on my end. If you want exceptional service this is not the place to go. They charge additional tax for using credit card and don’t give you the option of tipping on the card. Disappointed to day the least..
